Sure, but there is a fan record ( but whit proffesional quality) of memphis cocnert in 75, wich is far better than in 74 . But sure, we agree on the rest, so have pleasant weekend too :)
I don't like his suit in this concert, it looks kind of silly - but unusually energetic performance considering it was '75, what many call his worst year. He was so freaking sick. :/
@HanSomKan1 Who call 75 his worst year? It was actually his last "good" year...far better than 1974, not mention 76 or even 77....just listen to any cocert record from this era. His voice was really stron during that time....sure in LV he vas bored to death, but still he was much better than year before ...( sorry, if my english isnt verry good, im from europe ;) )
@MrScandall3 Ok, 77 was worse than 75, but take the New Year's Eve Concert in Pittsburgh 31/12/1976 for example. Great stuff.
In '74 he was somewhat healthy, at least in comparison to '75 that came with a heart attack and unusually many breathing problems, he was so down (drugwise) in this year and I, personally, think it shows in his performances. At least physically - I agree however: his voice was good.
@HanSomKan1 Yeah, sure youre right :) It wasnt very good year for him, personaly, but in my opinion he gave some of hist best shows this year ( Memphis, for example)...and about New Years eve 76, yeah that was one of his best shows ever and whole december tour was awsesome! But rest of the year was really bad. But stil, he was the King...no matter what :)
@MrScandall3 But the memphis-concerts were in '74, at least the ones that were professionally recorded. Maybe there's a '75 memphis-concert I haven't heard of, but the famous ones were in '74. That's all I wanted to point out, we seem to see eye to eye on the rest

This must be his WORST outfit ever. Thank God he didn't wear it in public concerts. I love his performance here though. Long Live The King...
