do your rear delts more and traps they will pull your shoulders back, alot of people neglect rear delts and then it starts too look like there pushing there shoulders forward to look big lol
@WeNeedAnime if your shoulders are slouched forward I'm guessing your workout your chest alot more than the back, which creates an imbalance and pulls your shoulders forward. Work out your back more and make a conscious effort to maintain good posture all the time, walking, sitting ect.
hey Scott, I've been doing the same workout for about a year now that alternates cardio and strength training 5 days a week and was struggling to make progress still with it.
Decided to try this out because it looked like a lot of fun variety lol and I could only do two repeats of it the first night! I use a reference sheet with all of the exercise names, too much to remember at once. I found an application on Android that does interval timing on my phone which helps a lot too. Thanks!

Thanks Scott!! Excellent. I already do these workouts at the gym but the added challenge of using the stool will definitely increase muscle mass and calorie burning.
The main problem with all the fitness experts on youtube is that after they are done talking about the basic workouts they try to jazz things with complicated and unnecessary workouts.
Don't get me wrong, I'm sure this is a good workout it would be great if Scott just stuck with the basics. I am sure that he did not use this Plyo box workout when he trains. What I am trying to say is that is this workout really necessary and how many of us will actually do this in the gym.
The Assisted In-Outs look like a great exercise! I've tried a variety of in/out versions but not using the plyo box. I will have to give that a try. Thanks, Scott!
And just my two cents, but something similar to the jumping jacks, would be to jump from the floor over or on top of the plyo box with both feet together. The movement would be side-to-side or front-to-back.
He worked his ass off hard in the gym for like 12 years, i don't see this workout really for building muscle, more like getting in shape. I really don't how this workout would tear muscle fibers, if it did then it would only tear a very little amount and only the slow twitch fibers, just increasing your muscular endurance. So you will improve in these exercises and other light weight but i don't believe you will gain muscle mass. Scott obviously has a lot of muscle mass = not from ploboxworkout

First for me the length of each individual exercize is a bit short is it ok to lenghten them to 90 sec?
Second I'm quite used to exercizes wich incorporate an active and a passive part.
E.g. crunches in which you first got to hold the crunch for a minute and then do actively.

Hey, sorry if this is not related to this vid but just wanted your opinion on something.(saw you were active recently)
It's about this "p90x" thing that sounds big where you are, as living in the UK ive never heard of it until a few days ago when I happened to click it under related vid's from your vid. Was just wondering if you knew any good or bad points about it as its got me really excited these past few days as Ive really wanted to find a strict workout plan that seemed to show results =)
