  • I had an idea to do this some time ago but I never tried it. I wonder how much glare there would be and if there is any sort special of mirror surface that you could use to reduce it when the tv is on. would be nice for an older home or you are trying to do a steampunk theme

  • Sweet! I'm a fan of hidden objects and I really like this idea. Nice cabinets with books in the background. I love that color stain on wood.

Does the mirror interfere at all with the operation of the remote control, and is it difficult to access the TV to plug in components or push some of the buttons if the remote is lost or not working?

  • You recorded a dvd of you living room, you then placed your plasma tv onto the wall and gave it a frame... then you played the dvd to create the illusion of the mirror...

  • o the glare.

  • thats classy as i like this idea alot :D

  • That looks kinda stupid

  • Samsung TV ;D

  • Lol Me, Myself and Irene. I want to do this in my living room but i want to know that if there is a lot of light will there be high capacity of glare?. For example I have a Lg Renoir phone, i put a mirror protective screen, indoors it is okay but sometimes i have problem seeing the contents of the screen outdoors in bright days.

i was wondering if something like that will happen since if i make my tv like this. Since, my living room is very bright in day times

  • @monishdragon yep you will get glare

  • My mom has a Mirror and I want to put a tv in it.
