Low sodium tinned soup would be better than Ramen or Vienna Sausages. There are plenty of easy-fix prepackaged foods that are way more healthy(not best choices by far but better than sodium packed crap). Where are the fresh veggies and fruits?

The point is cost. Ramen is cheap. Fresh foods are not.
