  • Thumbs up if you guys watched this vid and thought for a second that this guy is William Regal.......until he opened his mouth.

  • PAPYRUS FOOOOONNNTTTT!!!! IN THE TITLE? OH NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

  • Who your favorite wrestler?

  • what a fuckin fag dude. seriously

  • Does anyone have a link when Low Ki won ROH title?

  • Austin VS RVD(fresh out of ECW) would have been pure MONEY!

  • hogan vs austin would have been awesome, and for the first time ever i believe the crowd would not support hogan

  • what about wwf losing bret hart him and shawn could have made them a shit load of money but they missed out on this

  • joe was already a star?

that right there proves you know next to shit about wrestling.

  • Cool you live in Houston?

  • hulk hogan might be the biggest name in wrestling but he is the most overated and crappiest

  • Thank you wise person.

  • oh do u agree or disagree

  • agree of course. My buddy and I could not stand Hogan back in highschool as well as most wrestling magazines.

  • i watch wwe all the time who is low ki

  • hogan and austin would never happen. can you imagine both of these guys deciding on who the winner would be?

  • if you compare morrison and shelton on the mic shelton would kick his arse every day of the week, when you listen to morrison it just sounds like he is reading it word for word off the script and thats y i think shelton should get the push before morrison

  • Goldberg-Brock was a missed opportunity. I think it had the potential to draw big money. But ofcourse both guys were in "lame duck" status by the time their WM match came.

  • here is my only wrestlemania 25 prediction-shawn michaels will win the world heavyweight title in his home state

  • personaly i think takers last match should have the stipulation that if he wins he must retier 4ever make it at mania and have them tease him lieing down to keep wrestling have him torn beetween the streak and the job he loves have him come out of the deadman character and being more human so u could belive in his strugle then have him tombstone some 1 for the win and pull up after a 2 count a few times b4 finaly takin the win and retiering with the best streak ever

    what do you think ??

  • I'm relatively new to your channel. I'm a huge wrestling fan and love wrestling talk. I like this Q&A segment, maybe you should turn it into a weekly or twice a month type of feature.

  • tna's ppv was horrible. utter shit!

    WTF TNA

  • the problem with your horseman nwo fued is that who would you have fieding with the nwo members from the horseman side? Arn Anderson? Steve McMichael? Benoit was not an excepted star at this point and in 97 putting him into the main event mix would be suicide in my opinion. Also it ruins sting vs hogan which was the biggest draw in wcw history and some of the best booking on wrestling television, my personal favourite.

  • To start the Taker/HBK feud they can have JBL losing to Cena at the Rumble and afterwards have JBL force HBK to give him his Rumble spot. During the rumble have Taker eliminate JBL and have JBL make HBK take out the Undertaker for a bonus and that leads to HBK vs Taker at WM 25

  • No offense, but that's corny as shit. A match that the WWE has been teasing since 2006, in HBK/Taker's home state, on the biggest show of the year, and you WANT to just have JBL be the guy to throw it together?

WWE's two biggest active legends, and you wreck it with that idea?

  • Here was my mania card from, as far back as, August. -WWE Championship: Cena(c) vs. Batista -World Championship: Hardy(c) vs. Orton -Taker vs. HBK -HHH vs. JBL (JBL post-match promo w/ Austin appearance) -Edge w/Edgeheads vs. Kennedy -ECW Championship: TGK(c) vs. Matt -MiTB: MVP, Jericho, Punk, Morrison, Rey, Big Show, Bourne, Shelton -Bunnymania Women's match -WWE World Tag Championship: Tag Team Gauntlet Cryme Tyme vs Jesse/Festus vs. Haas/Hager vs. Manu/Umaga
  • Well it wouldn't make sense for WWE to just end the JBL/HBK storyline just like that.

  • Agreed.

That's why I'm of the opinion that the JBL/HBK feud should have never happened in the first place.

WWE, in my opinion, had a great idea going for Michaels.

He began the feud with Flair, segwayed into his feud with Batista, and Jericho, a tweener at the time, was stirring shit up. Solid stuff.

Then WWE made Jericho, without much rhyme or reason, turn on HBK, cutting the Batista/HBK feud off at the balls.

It could've been handled in a much better way, in my opinion.

  • Looks like someone got a new camera for Christmas :P

  • In all honesty, this angle shouldn't be that hard to put together.

Even though I disagree with the timing and the way that the Jericho/HBK feud happened, that being a whole other story, HBK did just come off a solid feud, where he ended up coming just short of finishing Jericho, and also becoming World champion once again.

My point is why couldn't they have gone with that. HBK's time in the ring is almost up, so this could be played as his last big shot at being "the man" one last time.

  • Throughout their feud, Jericho had touched on Michaels being a shell of what he once was, as a performer. Why not book HBK to take that point to heart.

I've honestly lost track of when that feud "climaxed", so much for feud of they year, but at that point, have the loss and the realization that his time's almost up, really play heavily on HBK.

  • From there to the Rumble, feud HBK with a young guy on his way up, Punk for instance, with Punk getting the rub.

Royal Rumble comes and HBK, losing his shot at the belt to Punk, sees winning the Royal Rumble as his truly last shot. Since they've been setting it up, for the last 2 Rumbles, continue the build to HBK/Taker here.

HBK gets the "unlucky" #1 entry into the Rumble, and last till Taker comes into the match, at #20. All the entries are in, and 6 are left in the ring.

  • If it were my company, seeing the injury situation with the WWE, the final 6 would be HBK, Taker, Orton, Big Show, MVP and Jack Swagger, but that's me. (Had Batista in Swagger's spot before the injury)

Anyway, book it in a way, where HBK, in setting up a finish, is knocked, by Taker, into Swagger, eating a Swagger Bomb, getting eliminated. Taker makes it to the final 3, where he's eliminated.

  • Michaels is, of course, disgusted with himself, but blames TAKER!!! for ruining his last chance at glory.

"Well, if I can't be 'the man' before I'm through, I can leave with the GREATEST prize and legacy that this business has to offer, the legendary streak of the Undertaker".

Sign. Print. Done. Cross promote the rivalry across Raw and Smackdown in the near 3 months to Mania.

To of Texas' biggest stars, in the biggest show of the yer, in their home state.

And, for novelty, let Austin ref.

  • Why have the senseles JBL/HBK feud in the way of HBK/Taker?

And, if JBL is the one to instigate the feud, how are you supposed to take him out of a feud that his actions started?

  • I think the only people a squash match would work with right now is Khali and maybe Umaga when he first comes back just to get him started back up as the monster.

  • great vid.

i love chikaras commentary. and i really like PWGS commentary too but the problem with PWG is that i can barely hear what they say i gotta turn the volume all the way up when i listen to them.

also the only guys in the WWE i liked in terms of commentating is tazz,JR, and striker. but i also like josh matthews i wish he would come back and take todd grishams place.

  • One question:

Do you have any idea what kind of numbers that ROH has drawn for their PPVs this past year?

The only real reason that I ask this, is that people, not naming names, have spent tons of time shitting on the numbers that TNA has been able to draw for their PPVs, and I wanted to see how ROH measures up.

ROH is just as much a privately held company as TNA is, so if people can find out what TNA's numbers are looking like, I see no reason why they can't do the same for ROH.

  • You must have been talking about Cena when you were talking about the amount of moves a wrestler needs to know, especially if they get the crowded pumped up.

  • is it true wrestling is fake?

  • i love truthslayer, does he ever make a bad video?

  • Truth do u know where u can Find Roh on tv in uk apart from dvd's?Pls reply really wud like 2 know?

  • I disagree I think the brand system could work if they unified the world heavyweight title and the WWE title and then have power rankings for Raw and Smackdown. ECW you should be completly separate except you would unify the tag-team titles build a tag team division around it exclusively on ECW. I think by doing this you can really sell that the brands our competing with each other because each show would try to gain leverage over the other by having the champions on their shows.

  • WWE's roster is 90+ people. You do know that means for people who deserve to be world champion they would have to have the title change every month or every two or three weeks. The unifying of the belts is not needed. People want Orton to win the belt, what about the Hardy, Edge, Taker, HBK, Punk, Rey, Jericho, so on and so fort? The brand system just needs to be brands. They do not need to interact.

  • agreed at this point their is to much talent to have brand extension if they do this...they would have to fire alot of talent caused they would go unused

  • There is just alot WWE does not do. They need stables and tag teams. If Thorn, Neely, and a few others had not been released there were plenty of stables they could have been used in. Kane, Big Show, Neely, Thorn, Koslov, and a few other big guys could make a dominating stable. Then all the small wrestlers could make a stable and that would be the epitome of good vs evil. One big system would work but WWE doesn't know how to work it anymore so the brand system is need right now.

  • I honestly don't see that idea getting over. WWE definitely needs to use tags and stables more; I just don't see a random bunch of huge guys getting the crowd to care. Be creative.

    Here's an idea:

    -Puerto Rican Connection (babyface):

Carlito/Primo Colon w/Bellas, Ricky Ortiz, "Latin Temper" Eric Escobar[FCW]

It probably won't directly lead to any world champions, but it will give these guys a true chance to see if they can connect with the crowds.

  • Another idea, which I think could get over:

    -"The Empire" (heel/tweener):

William Regal w/Layla, Fit Finlay, "The Ripper" Paul Birchall, Stu Sanders[FCW], DJ Gabriel w/Alicia Fox.

All street-tough guys from the UK. Only glitch is that instead of fight, Gabriel would rather dance the night away.

Hornswoggle was excluded for a reason, since him and Sheamus[FCW] are going to be thorn in the Empire's side, until the double turn.

Again, nothing major; it gives guys some solid stuff to do.

  • That is an idea, but the idea of Kane being a leader would work in my mind more. WWE just needs more stables. Not one but multiple ones. They are doing the Legacy thing but it makes no sense if there isn't another stable.

  • How So?

    Look at the Horsemen.

The whole premise of the group, basically, was that the wrestling world wouldn't be right if Ric Flair wasn't World Champion.

Each member went on to pick up their own bits of gold, but the overall idea was to keep the belt on Flair. No "faction" ever rose to stop the Horsemen.

If the Legacy had some more legit players in it, why couldn't the same formula work today?

  • No the Horseman had rival stables but nothing long lasting. Legacy is just re-birthing Evolution, which then has no purpose other than making Orton look good. Orton shouldn't even be a leader of a stable after all the shit he does in the European tours and backstage. It would make better sense for them to have a rival.

  • Name one?

Name one stable that was around to feud with the Horsemen.

As much as his "personality" maybe an issue to some, not only is he a THIRD generation wrestler, he's been with the company for almost 10 years, and has already accrued a host of acolades.

He's already near the top of the pecking order in WWE, so why not give him a group?

My only point is that he's not high enough on that ladder to elevate four "greeies" up the card, by himself.

  • I second this post. I welcome the return of a legit faction. Hopefully Legacy will be given the opportnity to come into their own. I think it has real potential to benefit all of its members.

  • Damn Tslay! if wrestling knowledge were cheerios I'd eat you for breakfast every morning probably with sliced bananas and lots of milk dribbling down my delightful chin.

  • ....what the fuck?

You know dude, hero worship is very very very unhealthy.

  • .......*brings out the WTF hammer* LMAO

  • I am somewhat shocked that when you where mentioning what in your opinion killed ECW mainly like you said it was the money issue and the TNN deal but I think that the start of the end was when Tazz & The Dudleys left for WWF since they where a big part of ECW.

  • Even with Tazz and The Dudleys on the way out, ECW still had enough talent to work with.

RVD was their top guy, and guys like Rhyno, Jerry Lynn, Roadkill/Doring, and the "KOS" Steve Corino were really starting to break out.

Were Roadkill/Doring as over as the Dudley's? No. But they were over enough to keep the crowd interested in them, without reminiscing about the Dudley's

  • The Dynamite Kid VS Tiger Mask feud and series of matches still to this day like you said are excellent matches. Dynamite Kid is easily IMO one of the greatest wrestlers of all time right behind Ric Flair. Face VS Face are OK on a special occasion like big ppvs like Mania & Summerslam. Heel VS Heel never works cause it always turns one of the heel into a face. I think if Danielson would defeated Nigel it would have happen at the Rising Above PPV like you said it will most likely me Tyler Black.

  • Who are the guys that did commentary for ROH in 2005? That was the last time I watched ROH, so I don't even know if they are still there, but they were TERRIBLE!!! They made Michael Cole look like a master.

  • Low Ki is totally non-WWE Style. Unforetunately I see him as a failure, not cuz he can¡t bring it to the house, but cuz WWE doens't know shit :(

  • wow, thanks for answering my question from last year.

  • So I didn't realize how big and massive it was.

  • Hey truth, thanks again for answering my question. I was there the whole time when both of Goldberg's and Samoa Joe's winning streak. And I always wondered which one was better. I was too young when the Goldberg winning streak was happening

  • hogan already said he would job to austin.

  • Here is the thing about Heel vs. Heel matches: There is no such thing.

Whenever you do a heel vs. heel, one of the heels becomes face because the fans are going to pick a side and if it becomes a long storyline, one of the heels will become a face before long.

Face vs. Face matches should be done on special occasions like Rock/Austin & Hogan/Warrior where you had two babyfaces that were massively over.

  • Your thoughts on the brand-split are spot on in my books; I can't stand the in-between status of the brands. Personally, I think WWE should have 1 world title, and keep the IC, US and ECW belts as the main belts of the individual brands, and have 1 World champ for all 3.

Cheers for the vid n' views TS.

  • Yeah its a mess. My opinion: Commit or Quit. Either keep everybody on their own show, or just do away with it all together.

  • Good idea, bad execution.

With WWE's talent roster being as huge as it is, IMO, the brand split is absolutely neccesary; WWE just hasn't shown the cajones to stick with it.

In a perfect wrestling world, Raw and Smackdown would be COMPLETELY seperated, while ECW would be allowed to use whoever could be useful to the show. Each show would have two singles titles. In addition, the unified tag belts would be on Smackdown, and the unified Women's title would be on Raw.

    But it'll never happen

  • Good Q&A

  • Thanks for answering my question Truthslayer! Great video man!

  • Thanks for answering my question!

  • Duh, you started doing long videos :D

  • Evolution-X, now that sounds badass.

  • i think is funny how you bashed on orton last year for saying that he should be punished and does not deserve to go against cena around august 07. and NOw you say that orton should get a push. lol. I don't mean any offense I just wanted to point that out.

  • Orton, in my opinion, is arguably, the most over heel in WWE, right now.

With Orton, Jericho, and Edge, the WWE has "The 3 Musketeer of Heeldom" at their disposal.

    Why not push the guy?

  • Holy Video Length Batman!

  • GRREAT VIDEO!!!!

I actually had a question written for u but I couldnt get on the net all day today X_X

But As far as Low-Ki goes I hope he does well!

I just hope the WWE doesnt do with him what they did with Kizarny, by putting him over by having him win his first match but burying him by putting him in with someone the crowd's already behind.

  • Hey, T-Slay...I LOVE YOU MAN!

  • yeh i miss the piledriver

  • Why put Jericho in a WWE frontline? He is a maineventer now and he is not that young.

  • yh ur right.

but Y2J needs more than he has now.

  • Sting vs. Hogan didn't main event Starrcade 1995. It was the main event for Starrcade 1997.

  • I never said it mainevented 95 I just said it did mainevent a starrcade.

  • Well one would assume that the guy meant Starrcade 1995.

  • How so?

    Because you did?

  • pffft whats with this obsession from the smart marks about u must have mic skills equal to the rock. shelton can talk ok. jeff hardy barely spoke for years in the wwe and was one of the most over guys in the company. mic skills are a good tool to get your self over. keyword "over" if your over enough than it doesnt matter how good you can talk because the point of talking is getting your self over, if your already over and can talk decently not to hurt how over you are than it doesnt matter

  • I'd much rather prefer a guy like Malenko who can wrestle and not talk very well, than someone like Hogan who can talk well but can't (or won't in the US) wrestle for shit. It's all in how you use the wrestler.

  • And that's why you're not a wrestling promoter.

As much as I enjoy what Malenko can do in a straight, wrestling match, there's no way that anyone turns their back on a guy who can, almost literally, talk people into the building.

As bad a worker as Hogan was, there's a reason why he's the most well-known wrestler to ever wrestle.

Shelton isn't bad on the mic; it just never seems like he's ever confident and sure in anything that he's saying.

As little as Hardy talked, he was always confident

  • there gonna pull the trigger on hbk/taker wrestlemania

  • I liked the movie 'The Wrestler' too. But it showed mostly the negative side of being a pro wrestler in the independent promotions. I've heard some wrestlers in WWE say they loved the movie, but it didn't really cater to them because WWE is a worldwide promotion company and it's different from independent promotions, plus WWE are trying to rid themselves of all the steroids, pain killers, and other drugs, which is why they have the wellness policy thing. But it was an ok movie overall

  • I think the talk of the riding of the drugs was bull.

  • why?

  • I like what you said on the JBL/HBK storyline. When they first started the storyline, I was like this is gonna be boring, but it's actually got me interested. Like what you said, I hope it doesn't go to WM25, but it looks that way already. Maybe people don't like the storyline because they don't like JBL. lol. But I think it's an ok storyline, but I hope it ends soon, because I wanna see HBK/Taker at WM25 too. But we'll see.

  • at the 2008 hall of fame the rock said that he will come back and face stone cold or john cena do you think will really come back at wrestlemania 25 and face them in a wrestling match

  • TSLAY! you are great keep on great work from your home town area houston texas steve slasher

  • nice q&a

  • the video is good quality

  • Rey Mysterio vs. Evan Bourne was a great face vs. face match

  • I hated the JBL/HBK storyline at the beginning. But when he laid down for the match, I was so pissed that I liked the storyline from that point on

  • Thanks for answering my question man!

  • LOL yeah like I wouldn't

  • low ki that is lol

  • If I were the E i would feud him with Punk first or have him feud with matt sydal

  • The reports are Rey wants to fued with him.

  • damn, guess my question was whack lol anyways good vid

  • I guess ine was too lol...

  • Nice little video there

  • i srsly doubt if you even watched it
