In Twenty20, there are a total of 40 overs, 20 per team. An over lasts for 6 bowls. Teams bowl for 20 overs, and bat for the other 20. The object is to gain the most points during your batting turn, or gain more than the other team, if you're batting second. Batters are dismissed if their ball is caught, or if the ball hits the wicket (the 3 stumps behind the batter). Hits can range from 1-6 points, depending on how far the ball goes and how fast the fielders retrieve it.
