I have never heard of the rehayt Maryada of the Sant Surjan Singh Dera however from what you have said it sounds similar to the Rehyat Maryada followed at Nirmal Kutia Johlan

@asinghr93 sant panth itself evolved from nirmala panth, the maryada is very similar, as most sant panth deras originate from nirmal kutia.
