  • Once the screws are removed, next prise off the silver palm rest from the edges first it should unclip be careful not to damage the plastics. Once silver palm rest is removed it will expose three silver screws, once these are off the it should just be a matter of unclipping the rest of the case and then you should be able to get at the innards. I scraped off a little of the protection on the 2 tracks at the on side and solder them as a cheap workaround for faulty switch.

  • It can be disassembled, remove the visible screws on the underside including single screw in battery compartment, screws under the rear two feet and a screw each side of the battery compartment in line with the battery compartment screw - these are hidden under the stickers, feel for the indentations. There is one screw under each sticker and they are close to the rear of the keyboard and about 3cm in from the middle.

  • I could give this 5 stars having had it for two + years. Unfortunately it seems impossible to disassemble, which means I cannot recommend this to anyone. Completely brainless of Logitech. My dinovo had one bump that caused the on-off-connector to flutter and be on-off att random. WHen trying to inspect circuits and/or internal connectors you cannot enter - even after removing nine screws.

  • I have a question what mouse do you think is best because I used to have a MX Revolution and Debating to get a Full Size Rechargable BlueTrack Technology Explorer Mouse from Microsoft. It retails for 79, but is 22 dollars(brand new) on amazon.

  • you have a small index finger

  • Can you use re chargeable batteries in this keyboard?

  • yes you can

  • Ist this keyboard also for PC's?

  • Hi,

i have a question. I have allready a USB Receiver from my MX Revolution Mouse. Work it with mouse and Keyboard or must i plug both USB Receivers to make it worked?

    BTW, nice review.

  • Glossy surfaces are indeed annoying but i sure like the calculator button even though i never use it :D

Have you tried this keyboard out for gaming? 2.4ghz wireless tech. should be good enough these days and really i wanted a flat keyboard so that i could easily swipe away dirt and junk that most keyboards get stop with. Removing keys on a flat keyboard look dangerous though =/

I am thinking of getting the new Logitech K340 or K350, 340 looks like this dinovo, 350 is the wave.

  • i have question like blackscorpio, does u can remove silver part from keyboard?

  • No you cannot. Its nice with it on anyways.

  • @logitechsubs

    Except when it is cold!

  • the Function button FN is not well made.. i for example never ever use the F keys.. so a hold down FN key is not nessesary..

  • can the silver part be removed (the hand rest)

    and nice vid

  • Hi, thanks, no it cant be removed.

  • oh :( , im looking for a keyboard for my new computer and most of them got that hand rest part which is annoying and it makes it too big

    thanks for ur reply

  • great review! Very informative, didn't drag on at any point and best of all.. It was in HD! I was pretty stuck on getting the Dinovo edge, but I can't really go without a num pad. Is the only real difference between the dinovo and the dinovo edge the rechargeable battery and num pad?

  • Thanks! Theres more features though, like the trackpad, which you can use as the mouse, the battery, no numberpad, and also it is a lot slimmer.

  • but over all, they're basically the same thing as in the typing surface? How are you liking the keyboard so far? I'm pretty confident I'm going with this keyboard.

  • I like the amount of key travel and battery life. I have been using this keyboard since i posted this vid, with the same batteries, still going good =D However the range is not as well as my old EX110 primarily because of its USB style receiver, it has to be behind my comp which reduces the range.

  • hey! just wanted to thank you for your personal review (especially for the HD option! :D)

  • very good review , HD looks very nice, thanks a lot !

P.S. This keyboard dont have feets to tilt it up ?

  • Thanks! Nope.

  • nice keyboard and review! but QWERTY is a word, you just say it.

  • Hi,

Thanks for th nice review! Just a question, as I'm interested in buying it: Did you notice any comfort issues with the aluminium palm rest? As in the rest being cold to the touch (because it's metal) when you place your wrists down?

    Thanks!

  • Hi, it is cold at first, but it eventually warms up.

  • nice review!

  • Thanks! Glad that you're back.

  • hi patrick!

  • It will come, by friday i hope, i need the house empty :P

  • You need the house empty?!

  • Haha, yeahh, when you hit 130 db, not many people like it haha

  • Oh, I thought you meant you where gonna take out all the furniture and stuff and leave the computer and Logitechs! LOL
