i do it by being in the moment and relisen that whats going on in my mind is not me so

i take 10-20 seconds to just think about breatihing and nothing else being in the now and lettin go of all words and pictures in my mind!

then i have me again :) works every single time! thanks for posting i'v watched lots of your videos!
