It isn't a van Gogh it's "the girl with the pearl (earring)" by Johannes Vermeer. If I remember it right it's displayed at the "Mauritshuis" museum, the Hague (Den Haag)

Ik hou van Elvis, en dit blijft toch een beetje Nederlands, want het is een bewerking van Tom Holkenborg, aka, Junkie XL. :)
