I personally think he might of been gay, if you look at the later episodes, you could swear that he is looking longingly at Albert. Trust me when I say it is all in the eyes. He supposedly did not marry either which is another check on the gay factor. :) I am not saying he is but I have a hunch, maybe, just maybe...hehe

I hAVE no photos of Jonathon or Melissa- Did have a signed one - somebody stolel it off my wall. His father died when I was looking after him. His mother was then married to Mr. Abelese, I recall he hada problem with that death and told me that the reason he died was because it was confusing to have two dads. You see I told him there was a reason for things that happen,,,that was his answer....he was a deep thinkrer.

As far as no pictures posted by his sisters, per Melissa Gilbert's autobiography, Jonathan cut himself off from the entire family and she has seen him only 3 times in the last two decades. She does not go into details as to why he no longer communicates with his family.

I took care of Jonathan when he was filming little house. His sense of humor was the same on film as in life. I loved him and his joy for living. He, never did like filming. He was shy. Love to repeat the jokes he had heard from the set while filming. Wish I knew where he was. Love y
