I have had fried scorpion and crickets when I visited Thailand. It's not so weird when you stop to think that there are bugs galore in our processed food that we eat everyday. As far as the fried scorpions and crickets that I had in Thailand, They were so good that it became addictive and I went back for more the next day.

In Thailand they make a nice papaya spicy salad with your choice of dried shrimp or dried crickets as a topping... I chose dried crickets. Seemed like the thing to do. Yummy!

I ate some ant larvae out of a rotten stump the other day, and they were actually really good! I would definitely eat them again.

You guys have made me somewhat curious, though perhaps not curious enough to make the leap, yet. I think I could do the coffee, probably ants too, but raw scorpion, that'd be tricky.
