Well, it is SOKOL helicopter, made in Poland (than Polish). But marking says it is a medic heli (red cross) in Czech Air Force. So, the pilots are Czechs.
Philippine Air Force ordered the Gluszec versions of this helicopter. I hope it's worth the money.
