@douglassmcann Thanks for the compliments!Very glad you enjoyed it so. Well, I don't know when I will get to the Arabesque. Currently working on Brahms Op. 117!
Thanks again! I think this is probably one of my favorite performances of mine! Umm, I think they are all monet paintings?, with the exception of the Debussy pictures of course. They are definitely paintings from the "impressionistic" era.
Nice rendition. You've done a good job. One of my favourite interpretations of these beautiful pieces is played by Nuccio Trotta. I'd like to invite wacthing his performances, I think he's a very good pianist. Maybe you might appreciate him. Thanks.
I think both Charlie Parker and John Coltrane mention Debussy as being very influential. But then again, much if not most of 20th century music would do that.
Absolutely BRILLIANT!! Beautiful, captivating......I still can't believe only 4 years!!! You learn SO quickly!! I am sure it is your natural talent, but also your PASSION and trust in the music, and in where God has let you!! You are incredible, and such an inspiration to SO many!!

i don't like so much debussy so far. i think that this piece is nearer the jazz than the classic music.
but i have problem. my piano teacher wants that i play the debussy suite: children's corner. is it beautiful?
