I looked up this guy ( Jesse Marunde) Because he is the only famous person I came across born on the exact same day as me 14th September 1979. It was sad to hear that he had passed away. RIP strongman.

Yo no sabia nada me acabo de enterar y estoy casi llorando, yo apostaba porq iba a ganar el WSM este año, el dia que murio yo habia creado (casualmente ese dia) su articulo en la wikipedia.Tenia fuerza de voluntad habia pasado de ser el ultimo competidor en a poner en aprietos a nada menos que pudzianowski. Marunde tu vida no fue en vano.Mi sueño es ganar el hombre mas fuerte del mundo,y si algun dia lo gano una parte del titulo pertenecera al gran Marunde.

May god rest your soul Jesse. RIP all the way from the caribbean. I can't believe he's dead. Hit me like a stun gun when i uploaded one of his vids and saw someone saying he's dead. I shook my head thinkin what an idiot the person must be. I was wrong. Never even met the guy or seen him in person but adored him for his passion for what he did. I share the same passion.

I cannot believe he's gone. Even with a relatively short strongman career he's definately one of the best strongmen the US has ever produced. RIP Jesse - Keep the bar loaded, man!
