Do you mind me asking where you think the line is between pro ana and just helping to support others with EDs? I haven't personally been through that, but a close friend of mine is anorexic and I've kind of picked up a curiousity through that. If you feel it's too personal or simply don't want to answer, no worries. I know it can be a tricky subject to discuss sometimes.
No thats alright, if people discussed issues like this more the world would be a better place ;) I think its important to realise that nothing anyone says about our appearance will ever change our opinions on ourselves, also fforcing us to eat often causes anxiety. I have an anorexic friend who is currently in recovery, I support her fully without encouraging her disorder. hope that helps :)

Yes, when i first saw 'thinspo' videos it made me feel less alone, so I want to do that for others. Glad you liked it x
