  • how do i know they choose me

  • Beautiful collection! I am having the worst time deciding on an athame. :/

  • crystals chuse to be in this relm... he or she simply wanted to De-manifest its self... i suck at spelling i know

  • I so didn't think of a carpet knife, I got a small hand sickle for only 3 bucks I like it

  • you really look like Garcia from Crminal Minds lol

  • @TheAlexandraEvelyn LOL! I get that ALL the time, even before she dyed her hair red. ;)

Thank you! I find it to be a wonderful compliment as I adore her character, and the actress who plays her. :D

  • @Aelwyndaeira LOL! p.s your videos are AMAZING!! :D

  • @TheAlexandraEvelyn Thank you so much!

  • I have always said that since we live in our own cosmos we can pronounce things the way we feel the most power from them. A magic person makes their own rules as far as that stuff goes so I say pronounce whatever however you like.

  • You should probably learn how to pronounce Hecate's name if you're going to worship her.

  • Hekate can be pronounced multiple ways. The pronunciation changed from region to region, even in ancient Greece.

  • She pronounced it perfectly, based on the spelling and the region it sounded differently, Hecate and Hekate, I personally use both and I switch between them without thinking.

  • i got myself one of my dads carpet knife and its not double sided so i cant cut lol

  • I had to laugh so hard about the catching yourself on fire part.....LOL!

  • Yeah, it still happens, too. I'm SO not allowed around the fire anymore...LOL!

  • Thank you!

    Brightest Blessings~

  • I haven't previewed all of your video titles, but is there one on the overall look and setup of your altar? If these isn't, I would be very interested in seeing one on the big picture. I'm terrible with organization of mind and physical space (when I don't know where to begin, anyway) and as a result my materials and spaces are a bit subdued and undervalued. Great info and beautiful tools! I really enjoy your videos. Blessed Be.

  • Yep, there is a video of my ritual room. It's in my videos somewhere. :D

  • hey! your old rusty athame is the same as the one I use! watch my altar vid, and you will see.

    Blessed Be )O(

  • Thanks again for sharing your crafty wisdom and your beautiful tools, )O( Blessed Be

  • lovely tools :)

  • Hey Aelwyn. I am getting more addicted to your blogs as I watch! I have the same knife as your black athame. It was my dad's. I found it in the garage and told him I was going to steal it. I don't use it for anything, but it is a very nice knife. -Tori

  • I love the last Athame (and how you pronounce it too ;) And the wands are lovely... I like your channel :D

  • Yep, I practice peasant magic. No harm in folk traditions! If it ain't broke, don't fix it, right?

  • i was being rude. will you accept my appology?

  • i attatch myself to all my tools with a drop of blood too and i have been told that any bodily fluids can connect you to your tools but i prefer blood because when i think of blood i think of life so that is a great connection to my tools but if blood is not ur thing because you are squiemish* about pricking yourself but want to use blood wait till u get hurt or pick a scab. other than that use other bodily fluids as you wish (if u wish) also i like to make my own tool (another connection 2 them

  • CHARMED IS THE BEST!

  • Only crazy people believe Charmed is real.

  • Erm, what?

  • Sorry! It was a response to something else. Someone thought that everything in Charmed was real. All the flashy magic and stuff.

  • Oh, okay. I was comfused...LOL!

  • Haha. I get those moments a LOT.

  • whats black moon? cant wait to see more on making wands. i was sh own one (3rd eye)that i am to make for someone i dont know who yet but i cant wait to see how YOU make yours. dunno why you would use your tools...they are wat you need to get the job done. ha ha wee all use what we need to right?

  • I love how you show the things you have made yourself. I wish there were more places to find Pagan "crafty" ideas:)

  • what dark aspects if u dont mind me askin

  • Such as The Morrighan, Lilith, Cailleach, Hekate, Herne the Hunter, Samhain, The Death of Dionysus, etc.

  • oh im gonna research that a bit to find more out thx and blessed be, anthony

  • the second wand is 1 like wat i wana make.also wat do u think of pewter wands as i was gona get this amazing 1 with a cats eye ball on the end but i lost my job and dont have £68 for it now

  • Pewter is okay, I just personally don't really like the look of them. Despite my adoration for metal, I prefer wooden or crystal wands. Of course, it's always up to the individual as well. And making a wand is far cheaper than purchasing one. ;)

  • ya i dont reli want a metal one i prefer wooden not for the look but cuz its for air and trees use carbon dioxide and creates oxygen. im so fussy lol. i have a willow tree down my road and am waiting for a branch to drop off :) any particual time of year i suld wait for? x

  • Willow is WONDERFUL for wands! Making a wand is up to personal preference. Imbolc or Ostara are great for "newness", so perhaps then.

  • i have seen sum nice willow wands that are white how do they get them that colour they say thats just the natural color of it is it a special type of willow tree do u think

  • Willow wood is generally very light. To get it that colour, strip the bark off and SAND SAND SAND. It'll give it a nice light colour, and be super soft to the touch.

  • cool thanks for the help i shall get on that when i see a branch lying on the floor altough u dont really ever see that and i dont really wanna cut its arms off lol. how long does it take to dry it out?

  • If you put it on a heater (like a radiator or a vent) it should take maybe a week. :)

  • cool thanks for the tips

  • size always metter no matter wat they say :)

  • LOL!

  • * matters

  • Beautiful wands, and the rusted athame does have such a gorgeous working on the outside of it.

  • Thank you so much! :)

  • Interesting way to pronounce Hecate, I haven't heard it that way before. I love your athame collection. How long did it take to get them all?

I have to agree with you on the athame representing Fire. It makes more sense (at least it does to me).

  • I've pronounced Her name that way since I was a kid. I've heard it other ways, but they just don't fit for me.

I've been collecting them since I was legally able to purchase blades---so about a decade now. :)
