Why does the Waterwraith elevate when you leave dead bodies or treasure near it? one day, one could find a way to trap it.

I always rushed through the dungeon, i barley got any treasures, i had no idea a waterwraith came outa nowhere if you waited to long, and due to the pikmin with you at the time, you cant kill it, right?

this is my least favorite dungeon in pikmin 2 and least favorite boss I still haven't gotten all the teasures in it because i hate it so much also the music creeps me out too and I freak out whenever the boss comes

I advise you to just take óne treasure from every floor when you enter and repeat this process over all the time. It takes some time, but the waterwraith won't bother you if you're fast enough.

hey....if you've already beaten this dungeon, and killed the wraith, and you go back in will the wraith appear in the levels again?

Phew, that qeustion is asked me a lot, I geuss I make a note in the movie itself someday. Anyway, he does reapear. Think of it as vermin, they always reapear when you killed them..

I didn't want to deal with that thing at first, so I skipped the treasure just to beat it up to toughen myself up for inevitable waterwraith encounters.

How do you get bulbmin?

If you have less than 100 Pikmin in your team, smaller bulbmin will walk behind a bigger one. Kill the bigger one to get the bulbmin. They wont go out out of dungeon, but you can throw them into flowers and make Pikmin of them.

I was about to get my pikmin to pick up the Chocolate Cushion when waterwraith came, which made me avoid the other Treasures in there. also yet i have a question... Did you use the Dolphin Emulator to Record This?

Nope. I used a Dazzle with instant DVD recorder or studio.

The boss came really early for me on this map, it crushed 20 of my pikmin. If you stand around in one spot for too long, will it come? Or if you keep moving it will stay away longer?

I cant say for sure, but I tried to move a captain away to see if it actually follows him. I noticed that he sometimes follows the active captain, and other times the non active. I think the best way is just put a captain somewhere far away in the dungeon and wait till the wraith is gone... dont know for sure if it works.

That's what I did, I moved the President to a far corner of the dungeon away from the treasure and it followed him, and my pikmin were safely able to get the treasure to the ship. I switched to him every 30 seconds or so to keep the wraith targeted on him.
