@BAMitsRaWrr It actually doesn't come directly with 'Late Night' - I haven't got Late Night yet [getting it for Xmas] it's actually a game update. Go onto the Sims 3 launcher, when it loads click 'updates' and update your game. You will get the breast and muscle tone sliders automatically, plus a whole load of other stuff. :) I hope I helped you :)
