it was wierd too. he was wearing the assassins armor, blade of woe, and bloodworm helm. i've never worn the bloodworm helm and ive always worn saviors cuirass
horus, your statue will be wearing your BEST armor in your inventory, not necessarily the armor you have on. Best advice is to put away all the weapons and armor you wont be using for the fight.
YEA-the Crusader Armor had color and everything! I was like '....awesome'

I wore the crusader Armor and my statue on that character had full color and everything not stone at all was pretty weird

That would be the hard way... but that is a more easy one... Simply open the console, select the statue and type in "removeallitems".
I think the items might respawn though, so you'll have to do it every time you see him.
