MsDaniels has no business being a head coach. He is obviously intense, but I think that overworking intense practices, and lack of knowledge on how to prepare in the off season has caused Denver MANY injuries in key positions

Kind've a peripheral observation here- he's not a really an intimidating/physical specimen... is the hard ass approach really effective for him or would the collected (but calculated) Shannahan approach suit him better.

It's weird that McDaniels as a successful offensive coordinator in New England has this kind of approach in Denver, I'm not saying whether this approach is right or wrong but it's the complete opposite of Bill Belichick that's for sure.
