  • GraffixWB!! HAHA you are DUMB! In EVERY state it is illegal to disobey the directions of a police officer. In the video this one is replying to the officer is attempting to take the person into custody! The dude didn't comply well guess what that's a violation of the WI state statute 946.415 (2). Well isn't that interesting, It's a FELONY!! An officer is charged with the duty of using any means possible to maintain control in given situations. The officer did not have control of that guy. Simple

  • HAHAHA!!! he didn't follow directions? In what state is it a law that you have to follow all directions by police? SOO FUNNY! It is EVERY AMERICANS DUTY to disobey unjust police. .. ALSO, you realize that tasers are supposed to be used as a LAST LINE OF DEFENSE other than shooting a suspect. screw trigger happy cops and screw those who defend their actions.

  • good video response...

  • speeding is speeding no matter how you slice it.

Never fight about it on the highway, but in the Court!

  • that was one of the funniest videos online.

  • The thing is the guy tried to get smart and thats why he got tazed up hes ace.

  • i agree to this vid....well spoken

  • Out of curiosity, if he handled it well and the way it should have been done... Then why did he lie to the other officer about the suspect/victim jumping around and everything? And isn't it a requirement to let them know they are being placed under arrest before the arrest? And not reading the rights? Come on. Yeah he deserved some rough treatment, but the question is why the officer failed to follow procedures. If he was more professional, it never would have happened.

  • Dumb ACE they can detain you when ever they feel like it once your in cuffs they can pace you under arrest You need to read up on the law before you get your ace tased

  • Im a Disabled Vietnam veteran,I'll be damned if I'm going to take SHIT from Inferior people, especially some COP who's YOUNGER than MTV!

  • GOOGLE; LEGALITY OF POLICE TASING.

  • Anybody who thinks the ISSUE is just this SLOB being tased..next time I go to the 7-11,I'll put a quarter in the "retardChildern" cannisterin YOUR memory. There's a BIGGER picture here. FUCK COPS!

  • Wow.... this response video is nothing but a bunch of unbased opinions. You did not back up anything you stated with facts. Stay in school son... learn some state statutes before you get on youtube and try to pretend you know what you are talking about.

  • Do you live in the United States? If you do, then you should be smart enough to know that everything I said was the truth. A lot of it was my opinion, but it is still true.

  • hey im sorry about that.

i've never acctully seen this video before and never commented that because aparently someone hacked onto my youtube account or something.

so im really sorry about that. :((

  • God you are a smug, yet stupid, bastard. You don't even know that in Utah you're not required to sign a speeding ticket, yet you take almost ten minutes of your personal time to make a response video? You ought to shut your stupid gob! You are an idiot. It's like the movie 6th Sense. I see dumb people. They don't know that they're dumb. They're walking around like they're mart. . . You stupid bastard! Comply!Comply!Comply! No one asked you. Shut up!

  • Thank you for your wonderful comment on YouTube, where your voice matters to all of us. It's people like you that people like us are here. We love hearing/reading your helpful and courageous comments on other people's opinions.

Thank you, and have a wonderful day.

  • By the way, what kind of mart are you talking about? I like Wal*Mart, but K-Mart is good too!

  • Next fuckface. Because of people like you, I am guaranteed to be in a job until I am forced to retire. Congrats. Hope you never come through my part of Texas.

  • Great answer!

    love it :P

  • You're an idiot and obviously have no knowledge of law or your own rights as a citizen. No reason at all that the guy should have been tazed, the pig could have restrained him physically (AWAY from the roadway).

Let me guess, you flunked out of the ITT tech criminal justice program?

  • Thank you for your wonderful comment on YouTube, where your voice matters to all of us. It's people like you that people like us are here. We love hearing/reading your helpful and courageous comments on other people's opinions.

Thank you, and have a wonderful day.

  • And thank you, Big Dave, where here on You Tube your voice matters to no one but yourself and your family and friends. It's for social cases like them that you are here. We just love looking at your fat face and hearing your ridiculous nonesense. I mean, everyone DID ask you, OUR expert on civil rights. Thanks for your idiotic comments and for showing just how mart you really are. Good luck, schmuck! Oh yeah, and GET FUCKED, FATTIE!!!

  • It seems that you are not all that bright either, as you cant even spell the word 'smart'. Next fuckface.

  • Just a taste of yer own medicine.

And thank you Demaria, where here on youtube your opinion in typing hateful comments about their own opinions completely pardoxes that of your own ideas stated in the comment. You are voicing your opinion, and telling me not to voice mine. Learn what the Constitution was created for.

    With love and honor,

    Dave.

  • @BigDave8802008 you are a dumbass fat ignorant hillbilly fuck, ide like to taze you in the face you dumb shit

  • You will be a wonderful cop, just don't study law and become anyone who would be remotely involved with my rights as a citizen of of the US

  • I actually intend to retire from the police force and become a lawyer, what a coincidence. Unfortunately for you, it wont be in the USA. Contrary to the belief of some people who cop-hate and armchair patrol, other countries besides the USA have legal systems. Matter of fact, Canada has the best, most highly regarded national police force in the world. Mounties ring a bell? My advice to you is to read and interpret your constitution and the laws of your state. Might prove interesting.

  • Okey dokey folks - this guy is correct. He SHOULD be a cop. I'm currently going through an application to my local police force. I wonder who all the anti-police commenters will call when they need help if the police are no good? Without the police keeping a tighter and tighter reign on illegal behavior, we'd be up shits creek. The guy in the Durango obviously thought he was too good to get arrested for his refusing to sign the ticket. Guess what - not even Ford guys are too good to sign!

  • It was a Dodge Durango, deputy skidhu.

  • I SAID Durango Answerman3135... and it's Skir Dhu - the place where I live - located on Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada. Also, it would be Constable skirdhu to you sir.

  • i created a youtube an account to tell you your an idiot and you cant put anything together and your ramble and you should never speak publicly or on any issue and dont post it on youtube

  • Thank you for your wonderful comment on YouTube, where your voice matters to all of us. It's people like you that people like us are here. We love hearing/reading your helpful and courageous comments on other people's opinions.

Thank you, and have a wonderful day.

By the way, do you know what a run-on sentence is?

    Didn't think so.

  • nice

  • seems like you're a cop wannabe...keep practicing reading the Miranda rights into a camera. Maybe the cop in the video can take lessons from you on how to read someone's Miranda rights.

  • Well said! It was a very uncomplicated situation at first, one that could have been resolved with no further drama. But the actions of the driver only made his case a lot worse, especially by giving the officer a reason to arrest him. This should serve as an example of what not to do in a similar situation, for others and the driver in question.

  • Here is the problem . You don't need to taser someone for not signing a ticket, for walking away from the officer, FOR ANY OTHER REASON THAN TO PROTECT YOUR LIFE OR SOMEONE ELSES LIFE. If the guy ran at the officer, YEAH, USE THE TASER. otherwise it is excessive use of force.

    welcome the police state.

  • Okay moron, the Tazer is a less than lethal force application. Most officers have replaced their OC/Pepper Spray with the Tazer. The Tazer is not any where near Lethal Force, which is used to "PROTECT YOUR LIFE OR SOMEONE ELSES LIFE", the Tazer is used as a compliance method. Have a nice day. Hope you get a ride soon.

  • I think the most problematic factor in this case as an example of law enforcement/citizen conflict is the lack of regard to human psychology. Both sides hold fault, but regardless, it is frightening when the side holding power of authority overuses it. I highly agree with your last statement that law enforcement officers should be out dealing in more serious matters (drugs, domestic violence, etc.) rather than petty little things like going over the speed limit when it is not endangering lives.

  • Laws are different in every state. I'm a police officer from Massachusetts and thank God we don't have to have drivers sign citations.

  • are u standin up for this fella cos ur mate is a cop? i think he went over the top

  • No, I'm not. I am simply stating what each person, the officer and Mr. Massey, did wrong. Some is my opinion, but most of it is true.

  • By the way, the Suspect had his right hand in his pocket and was walking back to his vehicle. That is the reason why he is tazed.

  • That's a good reason to be tazed. Not.

  • Okay smart ass, think of it like this, you are in that troopers shoes, you see the guys hand in his pocket, you dont think anything of it, then in the next couple of days, the majority of the Troopers are attending your funeral because that Suspect had a firearm in his pocket and just lit your ass up while your back was turned. It will be a closed casket funeral because he went back to his vehicle and got his 10ga sawed off from underneath his seat and blew your head off. Next fuckface.

  • First, thankyou for calling me fuckface. I realize this must be really important to you. Second, you play a lot of fanstasy "what if?" games.

Why don't we discuss what really happened. A cop was unprofessional, escalated a situation that didn't need to be and caused the tazing. The guy NEVER should have had to get out of the car. People get dead when they cause unnecessary situations.

    Fault. Officer.

  • Fault: Driver. He refused to sign the ticket which is an offense for which you go to jail. Signing is not an admission of guilt, it lets the officer know you'll pay the fine or show up in court to contest it. The driver was wrong to be unco-operative and was also wrong to resist arrest by turning to walk away. That will get you "tazed" (not a word, btw) in Canada as well. Also, he was likely charged for resisting arrest. He made one fun day for himself, didn't he?

  • Apparently we agree. Going to jail for not signing a ticket is ... well ... idiotic. It makes no sense. There is no law that says that you have to cooperate with the police. I have already conceded that my argument only goes to the driver being asked to get out of the car when he has committed no crime (the "ticket signing" rule I will not readdress). In the U.S. I do not have to obey the directions of an officer unless I am under arrest. Lastly, where was the resisting.

  • Under the law, you do have to co-operate with the police if you've just committed a crime. Failure to sign a citation is a criminal offense. You don't have to physically resist arrest, walking away is considered resisting. If a cop orders you to put your hands behind your back after you commit a crime, even a minor one, you obey and let the court system deal with it. The police don't make laws, they enforce them. They are also out there to protect people from bad drivers and criminals.

  • Interesting thing, you didn't cite one law that states you have to cooperate with the police, you just state it as if its your law.

Hey, bud you can have your own law, that's cool. But if that's all therer is to your response then there is no need to respond is there?

How can I challenge "your law". How about giving me one reference, just one, honey.

  • Okay, reason number two. You are a fuckface, fuckface. If you were to resist against an officer, you would be tazed. If do not do what an officer states, then you are resisting, period. As long as what the officer is telling you to do in not unlawful, or just plain stupid, then you MUST comply. Welocome to the real world. I hope you have a damn good lawyer for when you get your ass thrown in jail because of your false thinking that you dont have to obey an officer of the law. Next fuckface.

  • By the way, this is not a commenet posted towards BigDave8802008, this was a comment that was to be attached to the fuckface below both of these comments, my apologies for the slip up.

  • No offense, I'm having fun reading this argument.

    lol.

  • None taken. Trust me. I am just glad there are still people out there, like Answerman3135, that gurantee people like me staying in a job until I decide to retire. But it is when I am encountered with a dumb ass, like Answerman3135, that want to bitch about getting tazed after I see him going back to his vehicle after I have declared my intent to detain/arrest him. Fault : Fuckface.

  • wow dude you spend way to much time watching videos and counting how many times he did anythong

  • Shadowboxer24, Ask you moma to come into your bedroom and push the button on the front of your pc. That should solve some of your problems. Then go back to that 7-eleven and turn in your application.

  • Thank you for your wonderful comment on YouTube, where your voice matters to all of us. It's people like you that people like us are here. We love hearing/reading your helpful and courageous comments on other people's opinions.

Thank you, and have a wonderful day.

  • O K

  • The first mistake is trying to use logic with Anarchosocialists. If these people were capable of logic their movement wouldn't even exist. They also think that signing the ticket is an admission of guilt which it's not. The reason there are so many wack-a-do comments on the video is because Alex "Nucking Futs" Jones and his online psyc-ward website linked it.

  • Really, what's their website?

  • BigDave, Great analysis. you probably watch a lot of CSI. Notes and all, WOW. Hey, what law school did you attend? You might want to see what their refund policy is. By the way, you're gonna need to shave before you go into the police academy, but I'm sure thats listed in some of the pamphlets you've already received from them.

  • You forgot to put the apostrophe in the word "thats" in "...but I'm sure thats listed...."

  • Thank you!

  • In that case why did he not state the speed he was doing?

WOW so easy to defend a criminal and i8llegitimate system...

you feel safe and secure, right, within your criminal group.

  • I'm not defending anyone, I was simply stating what was conducted incorrectly. From the officer not telling him what his actual speed was, to Mr. Massey not following orders.
