im too busy entering tekken tournaments all over north east texas and getting dat money, with my job working at mcallister's. so that rolls in about 1100 a week, and i just turned 17 last month. so if u ask me thats pretty good. and im in to drawing anime and manga which is y i searched up drawing videos to see what everybody else is doing so yea i can produce some pretty up-to-par shit asshole. what do YOU do?

Im having a little trouble coloring, because when I press alt with the brush tool, I get the eyedropper tool. Am I using the wrong brush? Or is it something else?

CheetorPrime: simplest way is to set your colour layer to 'Multiply'. Ideally though, especially with more than one colour layer, it's better to set your inks layer to 'Multiply' and colour on layers underneath.

You should use the quick mask tool to make a selection. Then you can separate that selection onto another layer.

another tip for the photoshop n00bs would be that, if you have 2 colors that you need to switch between a lot, use the "x" key :D

also by pressing the "f" key you'll increase the workspace that you have for drawing. You can move around your drawing by pressing the space bar and dragging with your mouse (and with the "tab" key you can hide the pallets for even more space)
