hats off to Dr Ramon Gustilo, Engr. Jude Sasing, and the rest of the guys at Orthopedic Innovations who helped develop this device, coming off since 2005/2006. tagal din bago na-finalize, but it was worth the wait naman.
great vid !.. kaya lang, sana ipakita nyo yung real-time fluoroscopic image nung retractable guide tip & flexible drill as it comes out of the IM nail & punches through the cortex from inside the medullary canal (kahit one time lang, para lang may inside view nung device as it does its thing -- one time lang for posterity, becoz i realize that the original intent of this device is to do away with fluoroscopy of the distal interlocking screw installation).
