Like it or not, Some shit there is parkour,most of the video isnt, but at 0:37, at 0:41, at 0:54 (a kong is freeruning?)at 1:18, and more. In most of the David Belle video he make one or more flips, he know that it is not parkour, is like training for it... and why dont enjoy the training?

I think some of you are not getting it. This video is of a couple of girls with a gymnastics & martial arts background, who are now beginning their first steps into parkour/freerunning. The video is demonstrating to you where they came from, and where they are going. If all you can think of is to make fun of them, maybe you have a low self esteem. If you train seriously for parkour, perhaps you will lose your self esteem problems.
