Jimmy Dludlu is Mozambican and not South Africa, I am Mozambican and have lived in South Africa for a long time but that doesn't make me South African. Jimmy Dlu Dlu is one of the great modern jazz guitarists to come out of South Africa. Discovered him back in 2002ish. At that time I believe he had only one or two albums out. Brilliant guitar playing on this track as you'll find on most of his tracks. He is quite versatile able to improvise and introduce a bit of latin or go back to his African roots. Nice track.

I found Jimmy and his music by accident in Internet, by looking for good guitarists. On "Immeen" I found many MP3 tunes only to listen to, but I ripped them with the Program "Nero Sound Traxx". With the exellent file sharing program "eMule" now I share this Dludlu music with people in the whole world.

Here in Europe/America he seems to be unknown, but this have to be changed!

To buy his CDs I have to order it in Canada! But I'm German.
