ok, a little math lesson. They offer three diameters, .029 (29 thousandths), .019 (19 thousandths) and .010 (10 thousandths). All three numbers end in the thousandths place value and can be read as a thousandths number. He didn't say the sight was a 1 thousandths pin (.001), he said a 10 thousandths (.010). By saying them all as thousandths, it's easy compare sizes. It would be much more difficult to compare a 19 thousandths pin to a 1 hundreth pin...different place values = confusion.
how do u sight in for yardage?? im interested in the hha 1 pins but trying to figure out how u sight it in?? like do u sight it in at 20 to 50? then say deer comes at 35yds u just move the yard adjustment to that yardage?? just a little confused
@trschroder not sure if youre still interested in an answer, but here ya go. You sight in at 20 and 40 yds. Youre given a measurement tape that you put on the pendellum while youre sighting in at both yardages. Once you've sighted in at both, you use the tape to determine what yardage tape, which is included, is fit for your setup, and it comes with like 40 different tapes. It sounds confusing, but I just did it myself a week ago and I couldn't be happier with this sight. Honest to God awesome
I have the HHA - OL 5000 and yes it does have a threaded hole on the top of the housing to mount a light. I have the light on mine and its by far the brights sight I have seen. Even without the light this sight glows. Well worth the money.
