UHH this is not unbalanced, Carl is REALLY hard to play as, and this is an amazing Carl player. The Ragna player just didn't really show him off as much.
The Carl player was better-that's why he won, not because he's broken.

well it was a bit unbalanced in CT, when the damage was concerned. so they nerfed some characters. maybe a bit too much for some though.
