Hey Xanthemum, this video was all made with a tripod. So what I did was set the tripod up on the bed and then lay down beneath it. The spiral, turning effect as well as the slow zoom in effect (and the color/black and white effect) are all done afterwards, using Sony Vegas. Hope that helps! :)
