I have an 03 Cummins, From what you said, I understand I have a mechanical wastegate correct? meaning a product like a banks big head will allow me to make better boost, right? or would the truck electronically defuel?. How about a Boost elbow with an adjustable allen head? thanks for the help.

Your Smarty has a built-in boost fooler function, so you wouldn't get any benefit out of adding a boost fooler.

No, the Edge Juice is a module and won't work with the boost fooler.

No, the boost fooler only works in conjunction with a tuner or programmer; it won't work with a module like the Diablo Sport Power Puck. It would work with the Predator tuner, for example.

@ParleysDiesel Hey I just got my boost fooler in the mail. I have a dime 02 Dodge Cummins 24V HO. I have a rare or some kind of chip from Bully dog. Its called the Bully Dog Torque Dog Plus. The regular torque dog has an adjustable switch but mine doesnt and i know it runs full time at one setting which is the max setting i guess. So can i use the boost fooler with the Bully Dog Torque dog +? the torque dog hooks up to the MAP sensor and doesnt do any boost fooling at all just Pure power setting

@jstett1 - No, you can't run both your Torque Dog and the Boost Fooler at the same time. They each require hookup to the MAP sensor.

i want to do a box down the road (edge or something) but I have a few other things to do to my 01 first which include air intake, air dog 150 pump, gauges, and a few other exterior goodies.(allready have 5 inch straight pipe with 6 inch tip)

My question is everybody says upgrade the injection pump before you add fuel. should i do that??

and would the boost fooler give me a little extra smoke till i can get a box??

The boost fooler will actually make you smoke less, because it helps the turbo to get more air in the engine to burn more of the fuel, so you'd have less smoke.

unless you're stacking chips or running a really high hp chip, you won't need to do the injection pump. If you're running the airdog system you'll be fine. It's when you get to a more extrem range that you'd want a modified or upgraded injection pump.

Yep, the airdog systems make everything run much better, so that will be a good combo for you.

can only be used with programmers and downloaders? that sucks! ive got an 06' stock(except for straight through exhaust) and am looking for a low buck good hp and tq mod,most of my extra cash goes to dirt bikes and such,i seen a power puck last year for alittle over a 100 bucks but i dont want any cheap junk to screw up my truck either---anyone know of any good low buck programmers....

ok,i just installed the "boost fooler" on my 06' and pulled a 40' goose neck HEAVY trailer with an 8000 lb skid steer

i could feel little improvement,(but did feel it)and gained 1/2 to 1 mpg not much,but then it was only around $65.00,ill get to see what it will do empty tomorrow,thanks..

i have a edge moduel in my truck that aleady has a connector that goes in there. Will this quadzilla boost fooler have any effects? does edge already "fool the boost sensor"?????? its the one for the 07 Cummins.

 work great and hassle free,but i havent checked to see if they make a hand held
