Sorry, im not an expert on torrents, however you should always be careful when downloading them with games etc... maybe check to see if there are any comments checking whether the torrent is clean or not in future situations.

the best way is google and type in nortorn removal tool and click the first link,then pick your notorn type and then hit download and run and the rest is history this is the best way because going to add and remove programs you still leave componets this way its all gone
