the other day i was crossing some busy 6 lane boulevard and i saw an srt8 jeep coming from the side i was crossing on and gave him a thumbs up and then he ripped it and I FUCKIN JIZZED MY SELF it sounded better than anything in the world, but why do these sound 10000000x better in person? only srt8 jeeps sound different on camera but in person its like sex like fuckin sounds insane.

The Flowmaster sounds more RAW, whereas the Magnaflow sounds more like a pro tuned exhaust. Hard to say who's is better, but they're both jeeps, so who cares!!!???!? SICK! I wonder, have either of you accidentally tried to get into the other guys jeep? They look pretty similar except for the lights bumper. I mean, when it's dark out...and you're wasted, maybe ya mix it up, haha

BOTH SOUND SICK! I want to know what you guys did. I just got a 2010. Both say "no resonators" what are you referring to? The first large muffler or the two right before the exhaust tips? I want to do the Flowmasters on my Jeep, what is part# on the 40 series mufflers? I'm assuming the first large muffler was eliminated & he had two 40 series mufflers welded in where those two OEM mufflers are before the exhaust tips? Please correct me if im wrong. Also, what are the OEM pipes? 2.5"? 3"? Thanks!

yes but that adds alot of weight to the vehicle which means they would have to make other parts out of lighter materials which would make the car a lot more expensive which makes it available to a select few. defeating the purpose of it being a cheap car compared to its competitors

The Corvette is already a niche vehicle though, and that's what I was talking about. A selectable AWD wouldn't be that much heavier than a normal AWD unit. Look at the STI, I'm fairly sure it has a knob where you can select how much percentage of the torque goes to the front/rear, and they perform very well for their price.

oh stop.. flowmaster or whatever still sounds better than stock..n to think an aftermarket exhaust system is more for performance than sound is foolish...you get limited power gains from an exhaust system with most domestic rides that are lightly modded... go ahead n buy a catback for a grand to add that extra 5 hp... thats sick bang for the buck.. !!
