You can get always get a cracked version of almost any app. Just like you can get pirated software. The question is are you gonna risk something going wrong. iDevices don't really have a true Security Software yet. But those daring enough can add repos in Cydia that have cracked Cydia apps and/or use Installous for cracked app store apps. Im sure this theme available cracked somewhere.
