All I can say about the first book of the bible is that 1) I think it makes sense that when there were fewer people in this world that life expectancy was increadable. 2) Gen. was probibly not written down for eons, ever play the telephone game? ALso there are two creation stories in that book. I have faith that each one has some truth to it.
