  • Looking for geothermal is all well and good, that is until the the environmentalists find out about it. Resource in the ground or food? Ya, I remember those days. The economy here was going along just fine until the environmentalists put up all the suits to stop the loggers and the people moving from the city driving out the farmers. They don't like the "smells". Now prime farm ground is growing houses and the forest fires are unearthly because noone's allowed to go in and trim stuff up.

  • How about opening another brewery there? If Great Northern can do it in Whitefish, I don't see why you can't do it in Kalispell. Enough about that old economy, it's dead - time to move on.

  • Check out the geothermal opportunities - the place is blessed with it.

  • You need a manufacturing base to provide some kind of value added wealth to the community. Other than that, find some resource in the ground or produce some food. If none of those work, move the hell out of there. After all, it's cold there.

  • @planetcave

You should check out the book called "Participating in Nature", it covers primitive living skills, I read it and found it to be very educational. It's on Amazon. By the way, thank you for all your comments. Take care, John

  • Thanks for the update, John. I think the occupy movement has kind of fizzled, but I think there will be similar uprisings in the very near future.

  • @sherpahigh81

    Just wait for Spring!!! :o)

  • Hey, as to my comments on the kalispell police being Fascist meth-dealing subhuman filth, google the following "Kalispell pro-lifer target of firebomb, police take no action". Everything you need to know about the Kalispell PD in one simple report. Also note, the fact that the victim of the attack is "pro-life" is irrelevant. We *all* have the right to protest peacefully, regardless of the issue. If the police will not defend the rights of all, then they defend the rights of *none*.

  • Forgot to mention the very important plus for Kalispell, we're only 15 minutes away from the Amtrak station which takes you right into Williston NDwhere unemployment is the lowest in the nation and have enough jobs for all of us in the area. Sure you're 9 hours away from home weeks at a time, but they pay well enough to get you ahead. I became a entry level roughneck in ND getting paid 1800 bucks a week,(84 hour weeks) and went on to drive a water truck getting paid even more. It could be worse.

  • @TattereDX

Thank you for your comments. Sincerely, John

  • @TattereDX So at 84 hours a week, overtime included beyond 40 hours, making 1800, so they are paying you 8 bucks an hour?

  • @COINTELPRO101 $23 bucks an hour, 1800 after taxes. They take a ton of money out of what we make, it's aggravating working as hard as we do and the state/federal taking so much from us. Guess somebody has to foot the bill to cover all these families around the area with BS disabilities. Half my neighbors sit back and collect ss/disability checks and get all the meds they want for free, while others work themselves into the ground just to try and get ahead only to barely scrape by.

  • @TattereDX Well if that is the case you are in a pretty good position. You are to be congratulated for overcoming the chronic unemployment problem. You may also want to consider helping johnu78 get a job in the oil fields, because he aint gonna get NOTHING in Montana. I might even take a trip to North Dakota myself to check out the scene.

  • I've been living in the Kalispell area since about 2003 and worked for Plum Creek and went to CFAC until it shut down in 2009. At 14.7% unemployment at the time we moved down south for a year and moved back to Kalispell in 2011 so our kids will have a decent childhood. Right now I am getting ready to work for BNSF who has been pushing hard for new people the last year, (400+ hired last summer) We also have CFAC which may get a 4.5 year contract to run starting this spring. Keep trying all!

  • Great work as always. Hope all is well with you there.

  • @EconCat88

Thank you very much. I'm doing the best I can despite this damn depression! Thank you for your support and take care. Sincerely, John

  • Some of the things that happened to us while we lived in Montana for 3+ years. Slashed tires. Damaged windshield. Broke into our car, smashed the console. Broke into our house, even though we lived across the street from the sheriffs department (I found out much later that it was a sheriff that was breaking into our house). Dumped garbage in our driveway. Multiple neighbors took their dogs to crap in our yard at midnight. Killed our pets. And that is just the start. Do NOT move to Montana.

  • I am moving to Kalispell in a few weeks, and I have to say this video got me the complete opposite of stoked. It does show a similar economic situation as we have had here in southern oregon for quite some time. Let's hope it turns around!

  • @shitluck7986

    Thank you.

I'll be uploading a new video within the next two days.

  • @shitluck7986 Moving to Kalispell will be one of the biggest mistakes you could make in your entire life. My wife and I lived in Montana for 3+ years and it was hell on earth. During my 14 years in the military I traveled through or lived in many nations, including Saudi Arabia and Eastern Europe. The "people" in Montana were by far the most vile, putrid swine I ever encountered. Mark my words, you WILL regret moving to Kalispell. Message me for details, and fair warning.

  • I wouldn't mind doing a little work in the stock room and load up on what I need for delivery but sales is out of the question. So is changing the oil and changing the radiator fluid. Some delivery companies are requiring drivers to do maintanance on their vehicles.I don't mean dropping the vehicles off at the repair shop I mean doing some of the actual work on them. Again I say would a mechanic enjoy being a courier or vice versa? There is no reason that people can't do their perspective jobs.

  • @jimbobubbadj

Thank you for your comments. Take care, John

  • It seems that they are purposely making the jobs to be completely unenjoyable. I used to be a courier. All I did was to make sure that the items I delivered made to their destination intact and on time. Hell no I will not do sales. Thats what sales people are for. I doubt salespeople will enjoy being couriers and vice versa. Everyone has their nitch and cannot be great at everything. Come on corporations now, lets get a clue here, huuh?

  • Many of the jobs that are available are crappy. For example I was looking through the classifieds and Napa auto had an add. It was for a courier. I read the details and they expected the couriers to be knowledgeable about autoparts and to suggest parts for repair. WTF, do they mean mechanics? They also expected the courier to pitch sales and to make note of what was in the store or place of business that they were delivering too. Shoudn't they have a sales person do that?

  • I like this video but I think your oversimplifying a little good job.

  • @Holmes1313

Thank you very much. I appreciate that. Do you live in the area? Take care, John

  • @johnu78 No ,I have family there in Kalispell I was born in Missoula but live in central California. The area I live in has over 20% unemployment the way they figure it now days much higher if they report it the way they used to.I am lucky though and still work and travel a lot in the state and see the same thing as your video in most communities.I think tomorrow will be interesting with occupy congress.

  • @Holmes1313

Where is the Congress going to be held?

  • @johnu78 Washington D.C. I won't be attending but it might even get coverage on msm.I will be checking alternative media though because msm will probably do 10 seconds on it even if there are a million tents.

  • @Holmes1313

After I read your last post I did a search on it. I wish I had known about it sooner I would have done a video about it. Thank you again though for bringing it to my attention. Take care, John

  • what... you talking down on 9,75/h ??? Amazing.. You have it way too well. Lose the car and live in a 250 sq ft appartment costing half your paycheck (800/2=400, -food 300), then youll have a reason to complain. No car, just bicycle. No calliung with mobile phone, just for answering calls (the free way here).. and the slowest possible internet (20/mo). And even that is better than what some have...

  • @karlmarx1488

I think the question is do we as Americans deserve a better standard of living? And I believe the answer is "YES!".

  • Stress? My kids worked there as teenagers and they did fine. Get used to it life is challenging.Your just going to have to suck it up like the rest of us until the economy gets better. If Teletec unionized it would eventually shut down due to lack of competitiveness and be outsourced to India. Then everyone there would loose their job.

  • @US772

Who's to say that Teletech won't shut down anyway?

  • @US772

The economy isn't going to get better until it gets far worse. Unfortunately that's the reality of the situation.

  • @US772 Time for tarrifs.

  • @jimbobubbadj

OK, so do that and then the whole concept of a discount retailer disappears. The bottom line is that American workers are overpaid in the world market. You don't have to buy foreign products now. When you need a piece of clothing or anything, have it specially made and pay a higher price for it. Of course you aren't going to do that, but yet you want lower priced products being kept out of this market?

  • Did any of the Kenny Rogers Roasters close up there yet?

  • @HansBooBee

They don't have any of those here.

  • @johnu78 Well they should god dammit, the economy would thrive then!

  • @HansBooBee

Yes of course, nothing delivers an economic recovery quite like a Kenny Rogers Roasters does.

  • @johnu78 Are you gettin' wise with me son?

  • Occupy the Federal Reserve!

  • @HansBooBee

    Preach it!!!

  • Why don't you OWS types protest at the foot of Washington in stead of complain about the rich and corporations. The politicians in Washington make the laws that Corporations abide by. Go to the source of the problem and people will take you seriously. Protest corporate lobbing while your at it. I know some people that work at Teletec. They received good health insurance there. Do you really think the Mom and Pop stores are going to give out $400.00/ month health insurance?

  • @US772

Yes, they receive health insurance, but at what cost? What amount of stress do they have to deal with in order to receive their "benefits"?

  • @US772

The best thing that could happen to Teletech is for the employees to unionize there.

The United Food and Commercial Workers International Union (UFCW) would be more than happy to help the employees there with that.

  • Thanks for the insights. I work at TeleTech and I also know people who also love their jobs there but of course, it's not for everyone. There's also the other side of the story. :)

  • @ryuamakusa90

    Thank you for your comment.

The other side of the story is that the vast majority of people there are miserable and they know they're working for a slave wage. The employees there should be getting paid $15.00 an hour for what they have to put up with.

  • Topbloke,,,,i have a 401k,,,so yes i do have shares in corporations,,,think before you comment

  • @johnu78, I agree that the economy is going to shit but you don't seem to be looking at the good that is coming to kalispell and Montana. I live in bigfork and we are actually doing reasonably good compared to the US. You should maybe do a video there and it might even support what you say in this video because we don't have big stores just mom and pop small businesses.

  • @Josephdivemontana

I appreciate the video idea. When I get down that way again I'll shoot some footage and see what I can put together.

  • This guy doesn't know what he is talking about. The large store at the beginning is for sale because the original people switched store locations because they were only using half the space, the payless shoe store closed because there was two others and it's montana, we don't need three. Kalispell is actually growing and expanding. It's facing problems like anywhere else but not as bad. This is Montana, less people means we live simpler lifes.

  • @Josephdivemontana

What other points in the video do you not agree with?

  • used too be,that people worked for themselves! good thing my elderly widowed aunt needed a person too step in and care for her veggie garden and chickenz....2 years ago....i,m stable, while others can go work for others,or live on the streets....its there own fault....they are victoms, not gonzo...

  • @gonzosplayhouse

    Everything's going to sh*t!

  • Corporate America needs to crash?????Then leave this country if you detest it,moron!!!!

  • @MrRealpainter

I'm going to stay here and I'm going to live to see the corporate chains crash.

  • @MrRealpainter What do you care? You're not even a shareholder.

  • These kind of videos are what you do best John. This is why I started watching when you were back in Florida. I hope your staying warm. Mike in Denver.

  • @mja2035

Thank you very much for your support. Sincerely, John

  • The end of your video shows you're a novice. Marx and Lenin were both JEWS, fool. Don't be a useful idiot.

  • @MISTY1770

    What are you talking about?

  • @johnu78 You may be well intentioned but you adopted leftist language as if it's orginl. While it's true that CB's play a role in lending money to Govts, who's fault is that? It's each countrys responsibility to manage their own budgets. And you use the broad brush term "Corps" as if 90% of SB's werent incorporated, guess what, they are. While u may think you're a libertarian, you're playing right into the leftist script of anti-capitalism along with their usual scapegoat, the jew.

  • @MISTY1770 Who are at the heads of the banks?

  • pal·try

    1. ridiculously or insultingly small: a paltry sum.

    2. utterly worthless.

    3. mean or contemptible: a paltry coward.

  • Israheelll control Amerika and european gov,Bible tell us in Revelation 2:9,3:9 that Ashkenazi jews are Khazars, liars and have adopted judaism in 760 black see kingdom. They are the Synagogue of satan, those communist will be destroy. They are not semitic,Bible Relates that the Khazar (Ashkenaz) Jews were/are the sons of Japheth not Shem(Genesis 10:1-3)Read this important book for free on internet to understand the whole truth.Who Is Esau-Edom,Who Is Esau-Edom

    Welcome to Jew World Order

  • Are you a Montana native? Born there?

Your video is technically inept - get a tripod buddy, if you plan to make videos.

  • @resborzage

    Thank you for your comment.

  • pretty sad when a cheap shoe store can't make it

  • @dragonflychainsaw

I think that sums everything up.

  • Big box retailers did not put the smaller ones out of business. It is the customers who shop at the big box that did it. Show me any business that has no customers and yet stays in business. The people/customers made a choice to shop where they wanted. Big box didn't shove a gun to small business and say close your doors. Big Box didn't hold a gun to the customer and say, "You have to buy from us."

  • @badbusinessbureau

The media can be blamed for manipulating the public into buying from the big box stores.

  • spare me. you live in the middle of nowhere (montana is in the middle of nowhere, yes), you have no skills, no education, nothing, and expect good wages and good opportunities? how does that work? i can pretty much go in beverly hills and manhattan and make a video just like this one showing you the exact things you did.

lifes a bitch. learn to deal with it. if they cant find jobs there, they will move or just not work. other people move, so can those fatasses in kalispell.

  • Speaking of big box stores, I don't expect Best Buy to be around in 5 years. Amazon is killing them. People go to best buy to test out and hold the products, then go to Amazon.com to buy them. I hate best buy, when I need to ask a question I can't find anyone, and when I do, they're inept.

  • @PreparedResistance

A few weeks ago Forbes released a pretty scathing article on Best Buy about how they'll go out of business over the next few years.

  • @PreparedResistance They lie too. They were supposed to mount a tv to a tv stand for my parents, a salesman's promise. When they didn't show up and were questioned why, they asked were was it on the sales slip?

  • Borders filed for bankruptcy in February. This was forseen though, the writing was on the wall a long time ago for this company. I don't see Home Depot going anywhere, espeically with Lowe's closing a lot of stores. Home depot is opening 10 new stores, 4 in Mexico. And closing a few under performing stores. Point is, as times get tougher, people will do more themselves, and Home Depot has a lock on that niche.

  • @PreparedResistance

Home Depot and Lowes have both closed stores over the last few years. And most of the closings have been done without providing any notice to the employees.

  • Awesome video. For someone who is relatively young, you understand what is going on. It is all a plan to funnel wealth to the top 1% and their sycophants, while impoverishing the masses. Stand your ground and don't take any guff from the "capitalists" or "free-marketeers."

I'm glad I'm retired. I'd hate to be looking for a job in this economy.

The upcoming election ought to be interesting. We can vote for the Republican Romney or the Republican Obama. Some choice! We are so screwed!

  • @flbriefboi

Thank you for your watching. Take care, John

  • @flbriefboi Don't mistake Corporatism and Croneyism for free market Capitalism!

  • @josiahsixkiller I don't oppose free-market capitalism. But we don't really have free-market capitalism any more, do we? We have a fascist-style partnership between government and huge corporations. It's called socialism for the rich.

  • @flbriefboi No argument there, it's an incestuous corporate/government plutocracy. I just hate it when people confuse it and demonize the wrong people, ie mom and pop at the bakery etc. Ironically as a life long entrepreneur, the only business left for many of us is trading securities for own own accounts, head right into the belly of the beast but it's still free market entrepreneurship, 21st century style. Just trading stocks now instead of beaver pelts.

  • @flbriefboi Why not Ron Paul?

  • I agree with most of your other videos but this one I disagree with. You're saying that all those big large cap corporations are all evil and that they've sucked america dry. Thats not entirely true. For example, that computer you use, the car you have and your cloths are all probbaly made by a large corporation. Now I will say that some large corporations are evil like Goldman Sacs or weapons company who profit from the war but not all of them.

  • @Budguy68

Thank you for your comment. We can't agree on everything. Take care, John :o)

  • @Budguy68 All big corporations are considered legal persons. By externalizing their liabilities by producing our computors cars and clothes offshore where the environmental costs are placed on others, they would have to be considered to be psychpathic "persons." The 14th amendment kinda came up short by not considering the type of person a corporation is allowed to be.

  • @facelikedog

You buying products made in China is no different when they buy their labor from the chines. The reason for corporations is to protect the business owers. If some stupid lady decides to fall at the store and sues the owners the Owners only lose the corporation instead of losing everything.

  • Thank You for calling the emerging economic scenario "a depression" . Yes. That's what it is. The beginning of the beginning of the Greatest Imaginable Depression.

I am so sick of hearing about "a recession", "a slow recovery", "a downturn", "a credit crunch", "green shoots", "slow rebound", etc, etc, ad nauseum.

America was the global economic leader, but the USA squandered it's treasure on senseless wars, bailouts of criminals, more senseless wars, military industrial madness in general

  • @chiliwack44

    Thank you for your comment.

  • All planned by the New World Order. We need to be self sufficient and by from mom and pops and not from the big corporate chains.

  • @electrictrunk

    I agree with you.

  • Another excellent video John. And you are absolutely right about who to blame for it.

  • @PowerForGood

Thank you for your comment. :o)

  • fu.c mom & pop in their dingy main street storefront... I want my round-the-clock, one-stop shopping for as much cheap chinese shit as I can stuff in my japanese car! Why does everyone blame the drug dealer for the addicts' lack of wisdom foresight and self control??!!

  • @RalfUriah

What the hell are you talking about?

  • @johnu78

"RalfUriah" forgot to end his post with a "/sarcasm"

I'm with him. All this grief is self-inflicted because even the self-proclaimed "Awakened" among you have been manically, feverishly, frenetically bankrolling your own assailants with your consumer dollars -- for decades. The Jew machine is fueled by YOUR consumer dollar.

Look at even the "hard core" WN's over at VNN: On a daily basis they're arguing over which Jew movie they're going to spend money on next. Gawd.

  • @RalfUriah I agree mostly but American cars are crap. I understand your point. I would gladly buy American cars if the quality equaled that of Japanese. Since cars so much overpriced I couldn't afford to pay more for the American car even if it was of higher quality. The consumables and electronics I would be willing to pay a little more for. It must be done via tarrifs. I wouldn't mind having to shop at earlier times to make it easier for the local shop keeper.

  • This is what happens when you have free trade. It equalizes your population with the living situation of the foreign market you have free trade with. Blame Congress for allowing the off-shoring of production and jobs. Large corporations have been around America for a long ass time. They no longer give real pensions and free trade has off-shored the real productive jobs. This is all a result of lobbying in Congress and nobody looking out for regular people.

  • @DoeBoy999

Thank you for your comment. I agree with you completely. Take care, John

  • @DoeBoy999

Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming's major income is from tourism. That does not mean out sourcing does not affect this region. If people can't afford to go their, they won't. BTW, wages have to come down for the global (new world order) markets to advance.

  • Thank you, thank you for showing the truth and REALITY of the financial situation going on. We are NOT in any recovery, we are in fact in a terrible economic DEPRESSION and it´s only going to get worse, and I absolutely applaud you for telling the truth of your neck of the woods in this video. The way you express yourself about this depression is knowledgeable and please, keep the videos coming. Subscribed to you.

    Best wishes.

  • @drmarthacastro

Thank you very much for your support. It's greatly appreciated! Sincerely, John

  • Maybe "Mom and Pop" stores need to reopen now that the big so called slash priced conglomerates are closing. Big payoffs to government employees that gave huge tax breaks to get these huge siphon the money away stores to move in and build their testaments to the tax man.

  • @Marblemania

The sooner they're able to reopen the better! Take care, John

  • Good video. One thing to add and not trying to argue with you, but my a good old family friend who was a downtown retail business owner once told me the people like himself were responsible for the box stores taking over. His reason for saying this was because the guys like himself closed early on Saturdays, closed on Sundays and never stayed open later than 6-7 pm. The box stores stayed open all the time. Just the opinion of one old guy I know.

  • @TheChuck624

    Thank you for your comment.

  • @TheChuck624 People are not machines. Are they not entitled to some rest and relaxation? Some time with the family? All work and no play is BS!

  • Like the music in the intro. Very appropriate!

  • @HansBooBee

Thank you very much. It's a clip from the Platoon movie soundtrack.

  • @johnu78

It's called Adagio for Strings, composed by Samuel Barber.

  • Thank you john. I used to b part owner of a "mom & pop's" store here in kalispell. We were forced to close our doors after 24 years in business almost 6 years ago thanks to the box stores. the first block of downtown has been vacant for well as long as i can remember. i want to say the mid-late 80's. the gallery closed about 2 years ago. if you want another example of economic depression take a look at the center mall.

  • @Sinni

Thank you for your comment. What type of business did you have? Take care, John

  • @johnu78 we ran a music store in the center mall. as much as people downloaded music, most still came in and bought the cd. But once walmart came in and started selling cds for less then we can get them for really hurt us. Why pay $16.95 when walmart is selling it for $9.98? our cost on that $16.95 was $11.30. we're not about to lose money so we can compete with national chain. i still miss our store and it saddens me to see other small businesses forced to close their doors

  • @Sinni

I'm sorry to hear that. What type of work have you been doing since you closed your store?

  • @johnu78 I was unemployed for 8 months after we closed then went to werk for Radio Shack for 10 months (witch was the longest 10 months of my life). i wouldn't wish that job on anyone. I then got hired on with TownPump and have been there ever since.

  • @Sinni

That's cool. I'm glad to hear that position is going well for you. Have you ever thought of starting another business here?

  • @johnu78 it has crossed my mind on numerous occasions. but the economy scares me to take that risk :(

  • @Sinni

Have you read much about primitive/sustainable living skills?

  • The was one sweet-ass piece of doom porn! Best video yet.

  • @HansBooBee

Thanks for watching. Take care, John

  • John this is one of your best video you have done. I here the strain in your voice. That is the biggest food bank sign I have ever seen. Those big box stores parking lots look empty looks like people can not afford to even shop there now, Corporate America will crash the people 1st that is what I am preparing for. are there any houses for 5 or 10 k. If you were jobless, homeless with no family or friends would it be better to live in a place like phoenix LA or Las Vegas.

  • @krl8814

Thank you very much for your comment. I was very happy with the way the video turned out as far as the editing of it. Take care, John

  • @krl8814 Some rich hedge fund is buying these foreclosed homes in bulk from Fannie and Freddie for about 20 cents on the dollar. Us peons can't buy the homes at this price.

  • Welcome to the intentional collapse of the debt issue criminal Rothschild ponzi scheem the next phaze is depression followed by world war. They call it the buisness cycle. We call it false debt, debt slavery, and genocide.

  • The corporate structure is designed to hide the fact that the Rothschild family have stolen everything from humanity and own it hidden in corporate ownership. They can also hide responsibility for their criminal genocidal activities through corporate ownership. Bankgangster criminals of false debt and extorted theft would be exposed without corporate ownership.

  • Now we have been outsmarted by other countries such as Japan, India and now China. They have all managed to expand their economies by doing what we did for less. And now they have each reaped the benefits of that. But they too are failing because that income was spread to thin over the whole world. The Euro and the European Union will Collapse, they will drag us and the rest of the world with them into a World Wide Depression that will make the 30's look like child's play.

  • @hobo59

I agree with you that things are going to get very, very bad. Thank you for watching the video and for your comments. Please forward the video to your contacts. Take care, John

  • You have a very Myopic view of what has happened here. The actual facts is that most of Europe has been very socialized in their Governments as a reaction to Both World Wars. The end cost has been unbearable in that you can't continue to give free anything away for ever. Sooner or later someone has to pick up the tab. Well up until now that has always been the U.S. economy, because we held the worlds currency reserve, the USD. So basically we worked to help pay for the socialism of Europe.

  • I personally like your videos John, not because they are "doom porn" like some moron said the other day on here; but they serve the purpose of getting the word out about how other parts of the country are doing. Things won't start getting better in this country until we have gone through a period of high inflation where we can't even afford cheap goods from China any more. Only then will manufacturing become competitive here again. Hell, we'll be old men before we see things get better here.

  • @Populist1488

Thank you for your comment. I wish you the best! Sincerely, John

  • Anywhere usa? Have heard that before? The tribe outposts along with the masons run this Nation down into a slave state of usury and prisons for the masses, military dictatorship or pure Bolshevik communism.

  • @bohemianh

My German friend in Florida uses the expression "Anywhere U.S.A.".

  • Interesting...some really nice commercial buildings there.

  • @boat6868

    Thank you.

I had other footage of vacant commercial properties but I didn't include it because I wanted to keep the video under 10 minutes long.

  • @johnu78 Give us some more videos. People need to see what is going on. Many need to wake up.

  • John, do you see a homeless veteran problem in your new town. Here in Santa Monica, the VA says the homeless veteran population is going down, but I don't see it. It seems like every day outside my condo complex I'm giving clothes to a lot of new homeless veteran ( I ask to see their VA cards). I have a feeling the VA considers their huge prison-like human warehouses filled with mats & cot as "Housing"....IT IS NOT.

  • @rejco100

They have a few homeless shelters here, I could probably find a lot of veterans there.

  • well done - that they have been lied to and misled for years is difficult for any nation to accept.

  • @andre69628

    Thank you very much. :o)

  • The scum on wall st that run the slave big boxes have destroyed family and medium size companies. Walmart home depot etc. I really like the ending.

  • @bohemianh

You're absolutely right. Shut the chains down now!!!

  • Hi, I enjoy your vids, got a question for you: How did come to select Kalispell as a location to move to? What motivated you to move there? Why move to an area that is (presumably) worse than Tampa Bay? Thanks.

  • @webozzy21

My friends who were living up here had lied to me about the condition of this area. So I came up here to find out that the economy is nearly as bad as Tampa's.

  • Kalispell has no depression :)

But seriously I believe the economy is doing good these days. Ive tuned out bad economy news lately Im just focusing on enjoying life. Not like we can do anything about it anywyas.

  • @EWOKCAD

All I can say is for you to come here and see it for yourself!

  • @johnu78

Well Im in california and the economy is magnitudes worse here than in kalispell and I can tell you there is plenty of money flowing in california still. Life goes on...

  • @EWOKCAD Kalispell is job deficient. That's the point of this video.

  • Hope things get better there (and everywhere soon)... It can't go on like it is now forever, but I'm kind of scared as to what "rock bottom" is going to look like :(

  • @alinhilde

Prepare for the worst and hope for the best.

  • @alinhilde

By the way, thank you for watching. Take care, John
