US prison is like an all inclusive vacation for most Russian convicts. My uncle and best friend just got released from a California detension center and they said that the food was great, it was warm, clean clothing, medical attention,tv, free English lessons, lot's of good weed to smoke, and very respectful guards. I been to jail in US and in Russia, and can say that the US inmates got it good. In Russian prison/jail you get treated worst than dogs, beating from the guards, freezing, no food...

If you are a skilled worker plumber or other you will be paid a little more inmates get $12 to $40 a month. They get to go to the commissary to spend it how ever they want. This is at a med. sec. prison. The inmates that don't do any work still get $10 a month to buy supplies. Families and friends can send them money also. If an inmate has a complaint he can file a grievance and it will be taken care of. Come to my state, we run a kindler gentler prison system.
Prisons have schools so that inmates may earn geds, or programs so that thay may qualify for a job when they get out. There is Drug offender classes, anger managment classes, alchohol abuse classes, parenting skills classes, sex offenders programs so that they are given the chance to be a better person. The jobs are to keep the place running for all the inmates. Kitchen workers, porters, barbers, gym, yard, grounds keeper. 8 hour 5 days week.

US justice system is a joke, but its working just as its supposed to for those who pull the strings. It focuses on the poor minorities areas for drug charges early. This gives them a "prior". With no $ for a lawyer and a prior, you plead guilty/no contest and X ur fingers. They get a year, or in some cases more depending on etc~(35k minimum) That time is then spent in an environment that promotes crime. They get parole, and thrown back into the jungle. I highly respect Sheriff Joseph Arpaio who has taken away all "luxuries" available to his prisoners, makes them sleep outside in the blazing heat in pink jumpsuits, has them work their butts off, and does not let them watch TV. US prison is like an all inclusive vacation for most Russian convicts. My uncle and best friend just got released from a California detension center and they said that the food was great, it was warm, clean clothing, medical attention,tv, free English lessons, lot's of good weed to smoke, and very respectful guards. I been to jail in US and in Russia, and can say that the US inmates got it good. In Russian prison/jail you get treated worst than dogs, beating from the guards, freezing, no food...

If you are a skilled worker plumber or other you will be paid a little more inmates get $12 to $40 a month. They get to go to the commissary to spend it how ever they want. This is at a med. sec. prison. The inmates that don't do any work still get $10 a month to buy supplies. Families and friends can send them money also. If an inmate has a complaint he can file a grievance and it will be taken care of. Come to my state, we run a kindler gentler prison system.

Prisons have schools so that inmates may earn geds, or programs so that thay may qualify for a job when they get out. There is Drug offender classes, anger managment classes, alchohol abuse classes, parenting skills classes, sex offenders programs so that they are given the chance to be a better person. The jobs are to keep the place running for all the inmates. Kitchen workers, porters, barbers, gym, yard, grounds keeper. 8 hour 5 days week.

That is a LIE, no inmates work 7 days a week, only a few work but none work over 40 hrs a week. Most of the stuff they do is clean their cells and fix their food, stuff me and you do with out pay. By the way there are only a few inmates that are on strike and they have threaten the rest with killing them and got them scared to do the right thing . Prisons don't make money, The tax payers pay to house prisoners. Inmates don't get beating, they stab each other over gang activity

US justice system is a joke, but its working just as its supposed to for those who pull the strings. It focuses on the poor minorities areas for drug charges early. This gives them a "prior". With no $ for a lawyer and a prior, you plead guilty/no contest and X ur fingers. They get a year, or in some cases more depending on etc~(35k minimum) That time is then spent in an environment that promotes crime. They get parole, and thrown back into the jungle. Next tiny screw up = hard time (150k min)

First of all, the largest portion of prisoners are in for a drug charge. Of those in for murder, the bulk of victims were not simply "poor innocent bystanders". However, those who were have my sympathy. Now um.. since whites actually make up 70% of all illegal drug users, but only 10% in jail. And blk/latino are 90% of those in for drugs, but only 25% of users combined

In 1965, 66% of the inmates in america were white Jack. 33% were black. Its completely reversed now. And ill post the link for you if you want on crime statistics. 60% of all violent crime in the US is commited by white non hispanics. But whites are only 20% of ppl in jail for VC. It's time to really take a good look at what the $ environment is creating for the prison business. I find it laughable how many people see a story like this and still can't figure out what the root problem is. So go vote for your supposed political voice and go protest with the Tea Party. It changes nothing. People need to realize the system must be scientifically oriented now. $ means enslavement.

As long as people dont see how targeting the poor is fantastic when you pull in 35-40k per year for each one, they wont understand the obvious conflict of interests that can be seen just by looking at key facts. US currently builds more prisons than schools, and consequently spends more on law enforcment than education. It cuts funding for early childhood programs that are documented to reduce crime, and build a stronger population. Corporate thugs need to be executed.
