L99 and 6L80 together are pretty pathetic compared to that but still makes far more hp and tq than anything fiat has to offer. What fiat model does our brother have? A 335i is what a business man takes to work, a camaro is what a business mans plays with on a weekend. Yes, they are fast, though, just a tiny bit slower than a camaro ss. Whether you take ride in a Mustang or Camaro, they feel raw. People enjoy them far more as a sports cars.

@JoaquinSerrapio I know this is an old post but.. I have a 98 6 cylinder turbo charged camaro weighing ~3400-3500, with an estimated hp of 250-270 with moderate boost. I've ran a 13.92 with it. Given the hp and weight of the 2010's I'd say their numbers sound reasonable.
i think its an automatic which is 400hp. Take away 20% power loss from the tranny and rear end, plus Dynojet are the most inaccurate dyno on the market and the numbers are right on
Pitiful...how much money would that cost to gain 20+hp? The tune ability of a diesel is what I love. Over 150hp+ gains with just tuning...dollar for hp and fuel mileage also.
the l99 is a reduced output version for the automatic tranny, it is rated at 400rwhp at the crank so low 300's isn't too bad but I did think it would be a little higher, now I want to see a stock LS3 on the dyno.
camaro is the best car by chevy ever. but they loose a lot of money cuz they make so many different ones. they hav five different cmaro kits u can get. they hav 2 differnt ss. one is just the ss with no extra things and the other is the fully loaded.
I got a question about your shop. Typically how much would you charge to have a dyno/tune like this done? I dont live anywhere near Illinois so a ballpark figure would be helpfull so I got an idea of how much hurt my wallet will be in for

couple things you gotta take into consideration. This guy's got a L99(the motor you get with the auto) which gets 400 hp. The manual LS3 gets 426 horses. Chevy doesnt advertise RWHP. Those numbers come from the engine at the crank. By the time the power gets to the road, it can lose 50 to 60 some odd hp. So baseline run isnt that uncommon, but if you break in the motor, like putting at least 5-6k miles on it. It does better
I need to get this software and learn it so I can optimize my G8.

310 is still pretty bad...my stock 99 ws6 pulled 315 to the wheels and runs consistent 13.1s at the 1/4 on street tires with an a4.
