Thank you so much for making this. I was 12 when my grandmother was diagnosed with Alzheimers, and I can't possibly describe to other people what it was like (she moved in with us as soon as she was diagnosed). But this film can tell them. It does a wonderful job and I'm so grateful. Thank you.

you know, one thing that is actually so sad about this disease... is people cna die form it!!

because eventually, it affects un concious actions. liek breathing. you actually forget how to breathe, or even let you lungs do it on their own.

you either forget to breathe or forget how to eat, but usually the cause of death is breathing.. such a shame :(

The problem is that she HASN'T been officially diagnosed; she obviously has not been treated in any way, or her care would be entrusted to a professional, not her adolescent daughter.

My guess is Alzheimer's (sp?) not Parkinson's. The young actress is especially good, but she could have stretched and poured MORE of herself and her emotions into this role (or her next). I say that because she looks serious about her craft, and would want to know. Excellent work all around! Great job!

I loved this even more the second time! Especially how the girl starts out energetic and hopeful in her first vlog, and her character subtly changes, actually ages before our eyes, poor girl! Mom is a riot, too! I think the only part where I meant she could have stretched herself was when she just snaps: "You can't do the laundry .. the dishes .. ANYTHING!" A great short film! Keep it up!

And it's "ma'am", but that's what I get for using a vague handle like "customcartoons" haha ;)
