Once you die and start training in the otherworld, your power level will increase dramatically. But when you are brought back to life, your power level will decrease just a little bit.
Krillin, Yamcha and Tien are considered to the strongest earthlings in the Universe :) So there power levels must be around in the millions. Because now they're stronger than Frieza and almost as powerful as the androids (except cell).

This was a filler fight people. Yamcha never fought Olibu. As a matter of fact Olibu is a filler character himself so this doesn't prove anything. In the Daizenshuu which was written by Toriyama himself Yamcha's power level during the Android Saga was 1,200,000. Yamcha's power is never mentioned after but by calculations you can figure out that Yamcha was around 5,200,000 during the Buu Saga. It's good but not good enough to do what he was doing here.

Are you saying that they could take on Cell? That whole filler story made no sense anyway. Goku wasn't a match for Cell before he became Super Perfect but Pikkon can take Cell down with one kick but then can't beat Goku.

I know it is non cannon but the power levels are still the same. Goku is even stronger than that. Goku Base form is more like 800,000,000 during the Buu Saga.

@TheGreatShism He didn't go Ultimate/Mystic when he beat Frieza. When Gohan goes Ultimate/Mystic his hair stands straighter like when he was a Super Saiyan and the line around his eyes become solid. Just go watch the video Mystic Gohan arrives on Earth and Gohan Kills Frieza and you will see the difference. Also Ultimate/Mystic is a transformation so it's not like he is just in that form all the time.

Either Olibu was holding back A LOT, or this means that Yamcha is now stronger than Cell. Seeing as how Olibu can hold his own pretty well against Pikkon, whom the ladder EASILY defeated Cell in Hell. @wyoat1 What is "filler" anyway, fans over use that word and Nobody in Toei or even Toriyama even calls it "filler". Anything in the anime can be accepted as a part of the anime, ignoring it is entirely up to the fan, but people have the right to choose what and what not to accept.
This may just be filler, but I love Yamcha and really enjoy this piece of the story. As well as when Tien, Yamcha and Chiaotzu defeated the Ginyu Force. It didn't matter AT ALL to the story, and they remained irrelevant, but I love the weaker Z Fighters getting love.

Pikkon, he is in a movie as well, so he has an extra effect, but this Yamcha power increase doesn't exist outside of this episode.

@animedudee Olibu was not almost equal to Pikkon. Pikkon didn't have to take off his training weights or go to full power to beat Olibu. Pikkon was able to take down Cell, Frieza, and King Cold. Are you saying that they could take on Cell? That whole filler story made no sense anyway. Goku wasn't a match for Cell before he became Super Perfect but Pikkon can take Cell down with one kick but then can't beat Goku.

I know it is non cannon but the power levels are still the same. Goku is even stronger than that. Goku Base form is more like 800,000,000 during the Buu Saga.

Just go watch the video Mystic Gohan arrives on Earth and Gohan Kills Frieza and you will see the difference. Also Ultimate/Mystic is a transformation so it's not like he is just in that form all the time.

This is ridiculous how strong Yamcha is here, I mean Pikkon had a hard time with that guy, when Pikon and the toga guy were fighting Goku said he couldn't keep up with them. Either Olibu was holding back A LOT, or this means that Yamcha is now stronger than Cell. Seeing as how Olibu can hold his own pretty well against Pikkon, whom the ladder EASILY defeated Cell in Hell. Yeah I know this is just a filler, but still... it makes no sense since Yamcha never trains anymore, and the last time we saw him in action was when he was getting beat up by a Cell Jr.

This may just be filler, but I love Yamcha and really enjoy this piece of the story. As well as when Tien, Yamcha and Chiaotzu defeated the Ginyu Force. It didn't matter AT ALL to the story, and they remained irrelevant, but I love the weaker Z Fighters getting love.

But the ability to hold back Cell, and then to deflect an attack by Buu later on was more thanks to the power of his Neo-Tri Beam. Not to down Tien. I see no reason for him to not have been used better. He is one of my favorite characters, going back to DB.
