The B & P RR uses these as regular running engines rather than just yard engines. they have a very distinctive sound when they're revving up.

I was trying to think of what railroad still has an RS-23 and I forgot about the OSR. Since only CP owned them there couldn't have been that many made.

We used to have an old Alco (MLW) switcher at work but I didn't get run it. It was before my time working with the crew. What a leaker, but a great chugger. Excellent video Ryan. Brought back some memories you did.
