Andrei is under too much pressure from his fans, haters and everyone around. That's his daily life. Honestly, i think he isn't mentally prepared just yet. He definitely used to be and also, he was happier and more self sufficient. Andrei needs more privacy to sort things out. I think Andrei should get bigger is the key. He should do any exercise that strengthens the neck. Shoulder shrugs,upright rows,or snatches,he could also use the neck machine that they have at most gyms. Even the thing that you put on your head that has weights attached to it(cann't remember what its called). I agree about the "building the neck muscles" comment,I said this before if you have strong neck it can protect your chin. Look at FootBall players,Pro Wrestlers,basically any sport were your taking contact to the head,you'll see guys with very strong looking necks(its very important. Alistair Overeem is a prime example of somebody who was getting KOed very quickly,and when he went up to HWT,you'll notice that he can take shots better(you can notice the muscle gain around his neck area. Mr. Arlovski I would seriously reconsider hooking up with Freddy Roach. You should make more efficient use of your speed. I'd say you have better footwork and speed than most everybody in your weight class. I am very sure your ground game is ace too but every fight starts standing and therefore using your superior footwork and speed should give you the absolute edge. Watching GSP move after his long sessions with Freddy just shows how the advantage gain. Greg Jackson does a great job overall.

The problem that Andrei has is he just has not got the chin to complete with the very top guys. He just can't get hit and when you're competing against the very best it's very hard not to get hit. Yeah, he's got 4 L in a row, but if you look at the type of opponents he's fought recently its all at the elite level. He's beaten the current SF champion Werdum, winning the 1st round against Fedor before getting KO'ed, and went the distance against the guy that just beat Fedor. He also has good wins against some top 10 HWs in Ben Rothwell and Roy Nelson. He has the skills and physical ability. The only thing he has to ask himself is if he can remain healthy by the time he decides to retire.
