This is one of the best episodes of Mahabharat... Ved Vyas's pravachan followed by conversation between Bheeshma and Vidhur and then Ganga's pravachan about how human can get up and fall down from the same ladder... Dhanya hai hum jo is episode ko dekh pa rahe hai... Jai shri krishna&!!!

Vyas is the author of Mahabharat... I wish their selection of the guy inacting Vyas was better. No offence, but this guy is not impressive. He doesnt really look a rishi who could have written Mahabharat

@314nayar : Thanks for ur reply. I can assure u 'impressiveness' wasnt abt looks to me. May be I had a certain stereotypical image of MahaRishis in mind, soft spoken, extremely respectful in their conduct. etc... but then I researched, and I discovered Vyas was indeed tough, in the face, blunt kind of person. So, certainly BR Chopra certainly knew more than I did, and his casting was correct !!
