Prevention-wise not wearing a bra really helps. Bras stop your lymph from moving.... the reason girls get cancer on the top of their left breast as the most often place is because that is where one of the lymph nodes is... I learned this from my mom when she was dying from cancer. I don't know if that will help you. but you moving = lymph moving.. and thats a good thing. hope it helps. Don't let them do just anything to you. My mom didn't die of cancer, she died from conventional treatment.
