It is possible to be both Mexican & a Native American.

I'm sure there are native tribes in northern Mexico that have more in common with the tribes in the U.S. in oppose to the Aztecs and Mayans. But, yeah. El Fuerte seems to be the typical Spanish/Native/mestizo/whateve­r they call it type of Mexican.

It's also kinda like how Sean from SF3 is a Brazilian who is also predominately black ethnically, since Brazilians themselves are just random assortment of all different types of ethnicities.

Then I'll say around the Akuma level. I've seen Chun-Li and Gen get grabbed by Gief's super and they take around 50% damage. T-hawks Super does about the same to Juri as it would for Gief to Akuma.

Unless he came back with a different moveset then the normal Alpha charlie which follows the guile archtype (because almost all of his moves are based off guile and or expanded from him) ala Gouken having a few moves or atleast way he dose them in ways that differ from the normal shotos.

Yeah I know most people consider him a shoto clone the only thing I can see out of a playble goutetsu is probably both aerial and anti air hadouken in one character and a rising diagonal Hurricane kick(ala tiger knee& Tornado!). but really beside that I can't see anything beside another shoto clone coming out of him. anyway I don't see why anyone would bring him back from the dead.

I wouldn't say that Charlie is "better" than Guile, he's basically just an offensively-geared version, but I agree with all the other things you said.

I prefer Guile though, because he's more defensive. His Flash Kick doesn't move him forward as much so it's less punishable when whiffed. Better used for countering.

All of his unique normals don't push him out in the open either, they're made to just knock the enemy away rather than close in.
