@ulises3411 I have gone before but I am going there for a field trip the 16th of february! it IS the best in the world.. They even have a dolphin show.. They have green sea turtles and every turtle you can think of! Really fun.. Everyone should go!

Went here last weekend and was thoroughly impressed. It's awesome and definitely worth the price of admission. It's the Chuck Norris of aquariums.

I have been here numerous times and it is a great sight to see. My favorite parts are the touching pools. One time, on a feild trip, they let me feed the sharks and stingrays. Such an amazing expeirience that I will never forget.

we went there today and I was not impressed. It was so crowded you could barely move and my son couldn't get around (he's in a wheelchair) because people were so rude and wouldn't let him get in front of anyything. There was NO crowd control, it was extremely overpriced and you could stand in the center and see everything at once. The shark exhibit was a huge disappointment.

WOOO!!! Georgia aquarium is one of the best aquariums ever! what i like about it is the huge variety of species they have and because its so big we can see how the animals react to natural environments, they actually look like theyre at home there

I went the first day they opened and with my GS Troop(I'm not in anymore) we went on the behind the scenes tour. It was so awesome! I really want to go back! If you haven't been, I HIGHLY suggest going!

Kudos to Georgia Aquarium. They recognize sea creatures are happy and healthest when they have lots of room to move and explore. This simulation of the natural realm should be given to the orcas as well.

yes it would.........but the "window" of the Ocean Voyager that holds the 6.2 million gallons of water the size of a football field is NOT glass. It's 2 pieces of acrylic, both 2 feet thick that are literally glued together in the middle.

I have pictures where the the "line " shows where it's glued.

@NatalieexBaybeeOx They acctually have those Sharks that clean the tanks.And they feed ALL the fish at the same time except the Whale Sharks. :)

@NatalieexBaybeeOx With an aquarium this big they are most likely simulating a natural environment. Well, they are. Therefor they dont really have to clean except with maybe once a year (but definitely not replacing ALL of the water). As far as feeding goes yah they do have to put food in there but alot of there food is natural.

Dolphins are coming in late 2010. I don't know about orcas. I didn't see any.
