My wife and I love how you 'keep' Kirby's coat. Do you groom him yourself? I'd love to be able to explain the look to our groomer, but not sure what to call it. Not really a puppy cut, right? A puppy cut seems shorter. You seem to keep him on the middle or even longish side. Anyway, beautiful dog, and great job sharing him with us.
@cpm815 Thank you. The groomer's tip here is that the term "puppy cut" isn't really universal language for anything. It is really up to the individual groomer's interpretation of what a puppy should look like. I will send you some specs. :)

I guess it makes sense, given different pups have all sorts of coats, styles, etc. I'm sure a big part of it too, even in the same breed, is the coat itself of that particular dog. It looks like Kirby has a nice and thick, full coat, which makes a big difference when the hair is shorter, I'm guessing. I'm not sure Fenway (our Coton) has quite as thick of a coat, but it seems be, even when we first got him at 8wks. I look forward to seeing the specs :)
My babies are 14! and they can still do the Crazy Cotons. Love Kirby Bear, thabk you for sharing hom.
