  • nerd trolled

  • You must be near the speed of light because you are infinite mass of bs

  • hey, pause at 0:00:00:03 , very exciting!

  • relativity at time zero?

  • huh? ams this the matrix? i think it just downladed to myself....

  • Wow this is cool, look at 0:00 !!!

  • my fav part was 0:00 ;)

  • Today is 30 Jan 2010 (rest frame) and the video is still relativistically shortened to zero. It must be playing at speed c.

  • Thats funny, in my time frame, the video looked just fine. Try changing the velocity of your playback(see youtube relativity setting). Increase it to 89% speed of light. This will make the video appear slower, allowing you to see it in its entirety. This will also contract the screen to the appropriate size.

  • äääääääääähhhhh, 1 sek????

  • I just found the smallest video on youtube. yay me.

  • could you maybe re-upload this one? it doesn't play anymore. apparently as of 2-3 months ago. very much appreciate your other videos.

  • haha :-) should i be moving with the speed of light to watch it :-)

  • No! You should be moving at a negative velocity. Because the time is going to fast for you.

  • this was so interesting. All 0:00 amount of it.

  • how does the fabric of time and space affect time? When its curved more, is time faster or slower? How do we determine tht?

  • There is no sound for most of us.

  • update ur IE?

  • The Earth is flat! otherwise, we'd all fall out of a damn beachball. think people, think.

Earth is accelerating upward at a rate of 9.8 m/s², thereby simulating gravity. This upward momentum is caused by a form of dark energy. The planetary bodies above the Earth revolve above it, thereby causing sunrise and sunset to occur. As the sun moves farther away, it shrinks until it is no longer able to be seen. The same phenomenon occurs with the stars to cause their movement.

  • What tha... heck are you talkin' about? Ohh man! You didn' say that!

  • if the "flag on the moon" didn't move around all the time in the wind we'd be able to see Neil ArmWeak and Buzz Aldrin and his gang playing tag on the Oklahoma Desert! You give into fraud like that? Also, scientist claim there was volcanic activity on the moon, how then, would the astronauts even survive the high temperatures considering the heat trapping atmosphere??

  • dude please, we wouldnt fall off or out of a beachball, we are so minute, its impossible, THINK about it, how small must you be? to stand on a surface that is spherical and see it flat?

    -------------------------------

So basically if your small enough, the laws of physics cannot affect you? that in itself is fallacious. So objects inbetween very large and very small will float? sounds like your claiming that ROFL

  • lol no i wasnt saying that.....

im sayingggg, if the earth was flat, and we fell off, what would be causing us to fall? gravity from what? the universal floor?

  • liantlian, so you're going to argue that the electron probability density obeys relativity speed limits? if you get small enough the laws of physics do change

  • I hate the fact that i cant hear.

  • what was that you said?

  • Very good.

  • i hope you keep uploading your lectures

  • Thanks, Dr. Dave!

  • Another one of those videos you can't fast forward!!!! Very inconvenient for a 1 hour 30 minute video!!!!!

  • thx 4 the feedback

  • oi watchitsucka u should get some friends

  • get some balls

  • our age jst depends on the speed of time passage, if u will traqvel fast lets say to near bout half of the speed pf light thn in the time period of certain years ur age would increase only by a few days or weeks. so as fast u will travel, time will become slower for u and u will get old later

    ;)

  • hahaha man im in grade 10 and have been reading this stuff since grade 8 and it all makes sense .

  • that is good to hear, keep it up, as a graduate in physics and math, we need more people in the college programs

  • a graduate in physics and math! awesome possum ! ! ! i find math difficult though, shcrodingers time-independent differental wave equation is frying my brain, so hard to wrap my brain around, really advanced mathematics though, but its a funn challlange.

  • holy shit...if you can grasp the concept at grade 10 you're a genius.

  • wat do you think of this: do i have to be a genius in college to consider majoring in physics or extra determined. help me out.

  • but i think in an abstract sense, reading about it all some how makes sense...but really...no one can truly grasp the magnitude of his propositions so easily. (that's what u learn in grade 12 LOL)

  • thats what i love about it all! it makes sense ,but yet it will never really make sense , like just everything it twists your maind and really makes you think. i love the challange of trying to make sense of it all, when i know that theres still ALOT of it i don't know and that doesnt make sense. its just a funn challange

  • many thanks for the postings.

its a shame that you cant filter out the hiss and fuzz with a simple audio editing program first like audacity, or use a paramic band eq.

  • i sat through the whole thing and loved every second of it. i learned a lot. thanks.

  • man im only just out of high school but all that stuff actually made sense

  • Great lecture, helped my understanding a lot. One thing that I'm still a bit hazy on though: how does time relate to Einstein's General Theory of Relativity? Where does time come in? My understanding is that gravity is the curvature in space created by supermassive objects. The force of gravity can pull anything towards it if it passes by close enough, and that includes light. So what does any of that have to do with time?

  • all i know tht the curvature is made on the fabric of time and space. 2ndly, i know tht the nearer u are to the core of the supermassive object, the faster time is.

    correct me if im wrong.

  • i think if ur closer to large objects then time is slower my friend

  • Excellent Lecture!
