Naw, you can slide the pivot and rotate it as long as you don't pick it up. Now, obviously, you can't just slide it around significantly, but as long as it's in the same spot, you're good.

it was a travel but they don't call it in the nba its not a big enough deal to be called. If you watch kobe do it he'll travel all the time but they never call it so I'm thinking techinically its not a travel since you need that right foot to push off for a jumper.

It's not traveling since he stepped with his right foot last right before the pump fake and he moved that same foot. When you stop dribbling, you can move a foot around as long as it's the same one you stepped with last.
