@annie10103 are you using braces? I used corrective retainers to straighten mine out. They were extremely crowded before I removed my wisdom teeth and one was almost completely behind another one. If they look perfect, they weren't born that way, haha. Nice to hear from you.

my dentist has told me i might have to have braces. My teeth are quite white its just the bottom of the teeth that are a bit jagged. But thanks for the info on your video!

put it in with a q-tip _( in the mouth gaurd)...u'll waste less...i've been do this for years wit my retainer (platic one)... i use it for 45 mins though , it works great!

PS, though when i go on special occasions i do zoom bleach mine also..(like once a year)

I love the end when you cant speak its pretty funny..ive tried this and it works great...What else works great is if you mix hydregion peroxcid baking soda and mouthwash together to make a paste and then brush your teeth and they go white in about 2minutes!!! reply back to me if you want the recipe of the amount..Thanks and great vid!! :D

Thanks for your feedback, haha. YES, there IS a technique and be careful, because it's HOT when you put the guard in your mouth, fresh from boiling water to make them pliable enough to form--so here's the tip: push firmly to make sure they hug your whole tooth. If it doesn't work the first time, you can reimmerse in the boiling water and try again, I did that for the bottom form. Let me know how it works for you!

Gah! I did the same thing exactly. I only found the shapeable mouth guards at Wal-Mart. The teeth whitening gel I found at Rite-Aid. I have since seen it at other pharmacy-type drug stores as well. Depending on where you live, let me know when you find it, maybe CVS?
