@DesignsThatMatter No, this is a "Garden City" as Jacques calls is. It is just a place for people to live and learn. There is not much manufacturing going on besides the basics needed in any city.
I would venture to guess this kind of city would only be occupied by those who wish to live in a very peaceful, calm area.

@DesignsThatMatter I think its just a living city. Any large scale manufacturing areas would be fully automated.
